The location was excellent directly opposite the station. The touches of St Nicolas chocolates on the pillow and Christmas biscuits and cakes in the room made us feel very welcome, along with the complimentary mulled wine offered in the bar in the evening. |

The complimentary mulled wine, bottle of water, and cookies were unexpected and much appreciated. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing - many choices! I booked through booking.com and called the hotel a couple days later to request 2 twin beds. However, they did not have our reservation! I e-mailed the hotel the booking.com confirmation and then they confirmed my reservation, but there was a bit of panic when I heard they had no record of my reservation and I had already been charged for 1 night's stay. Also, though it was written that there was a safe in our room, I couldn't find it. Finally, we also requested extra blankets on our 2nd night, but never received them. |

very good location by the train and within walking distance to many of the attractions. The breakfast was nice, the room was quiet and a good size. The only thing needed is a mirror outside of the bathroom and maybe better lighting in the room. Besides that it was comfortable. |

The hotel is well located. The decoration is nice. The rooms were a bit small. We were there during high season (Christmas market), and the price was very high for what it is. |

Its location, the rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful It's a little overpriced but to be expected as Strasbourg is booked out at this time of year. |

Breakfast was good. The room was clean, and with a comfortable bed, the location is really good, very near the train station. The price was a little expensive for the hotel's service (it is a 3 star hotel, but it should be less). There was a strange smell in the bathroom (probably from humidity and closeness), but is was clean. |

Ideally located 100 metres from the Train Station. Stylish modern interior with efficient service, nice decor and excellent Breakfast included. Decent sized bedroom with small balcony overlooking the Place de Gare. Highly reccomended. |

Breakfast good quality (fresh mini croissants on the tables). Reception staff seemed pleased to see you. TV/music on in breakfast room. Let us have a bit of quiet! |

Breakfast Buffet was good, offering hot as well as the usual cold selection. The Hotel is situated just opposite the Central Train Station, at the station you can also catch the Tram A & D, at a cost of 1.40€ for an hours travel or the option we used 3.60€ for 24 hours, the trams are clean and is the easiest way to see the city and surrounding area. The "Classic" room we originally booked unfortunately had a radiator so close to the toilet we were unable to comfortably use the toilet. We were told by a very helpful receptionist that all of the Classic rooms were like this. We were offered a larger room at an extra cost of 20€ a night, which we accepted as we felt we cold not make do with the toilet situation for 3 nights. |

It was indeed very close to the train station - This made it ideal for city visits as well as using trains to day trips elsewhere. It was clean and the room was of a good size for two people and their luggage. |
