Breakfast good quality (fresh mini croissants on the tables). Reception staff seemed pleased to see you. TV/music on in breakfast room. Let us have a bit of quiet! |

Breakfast Buffet was good, offering hot as well as the usual cold selection. The Hotel is situated just opposite the Central Train Station, at the station you can also catch the Tram A & D, at a cost of 1.40€ for an hours travel or the option we used 3.60€ for 24 hours, the trams are clean and is the easiest way to see the city and surrounding area. The "Classic" room we originally booked unfortunately had a radiator so close to the toilet we were unable to comfortably use the toilet. We were told by a very helpful receptionist that all of the Classic rooms were like this. We were offered a larger room at an extra cost of 20€ a night, which we accepted as we felt we cold not make do with the toilet situation for 3 nights. |

It was indeed very close to the train station - This made it ideal for city visits as well as using trains to day trips elsewhere. It was clean and the room was of a good size for two people and their luggage. |

Modern stylish interior, inside external traditional building. Breakfast better than normal at this price range. Free wi-fi which worked. In the cheapest rooms the neon light above the bed is a bit harsh |

I have been there for 2 nights only, so I can hardly judge the facilities and services. Except le petit dejeneur, which was very good. And the location is excellent too. I was happy also about navette to the Parlement, good idea. For one person only is quite expensive. |

clean, good location in strasbourg to the train station and petit france and shopping areas. breakfast better than expected, excellent kind service in the breakfast room -- only fair service at the front desk. spacious room despite the water saving policy posted in the rooms, all towels were replaced that were left for re-use on the towel rack. difficult to regulate the temperature in the room |

The receptionists were very helpfull to deal with an unespected situation and the location ( in front of the main train station) is the hotels key sellingpoint. Great value for money all in all. |

Everything was wonderful! Very classy. Close to everything. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in (for the money) throughout France. |

Pricing was about right, room nice but perhaps a little small, bed comfortable, breakfast adequate, staff friendly and helpful. - Good location opposite the railway station and easy to find on sat nav. Watch out for parking - the 7 Euros parking is not the underground carpark outside the hotel - One reception staff told us to park in the underground car park. |

The staff could have been more accomodating. This has nothing at all to do with your service that you provided. I would use booking.com again for other trips. |

The rooms are newly renovated and very nice. The staff is kind and the hotel has an international atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is better than you often experience in France. The toilet flushing is very noisy and flushing from other rooms can be heard. |

Easy to reach from the station and a very manageable walk to the centre of town and the tourist sites. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal for a short city break stay. |
