location cleanliness friendly staff
We have to ask for new wifi password more often as it allows too short period to connet
Close to the train station
Small uncorfortable cold room (I got cold and had to use drugs) tertible wifi. I did not like bathroom also. no hotel slippers.
breakfast was really good and room also
wifi is not working very well at third floor
Location is excellent, next to the rail station and within easy walking distance from the historic centre. The ambiance of the hotel is generally very agreeable, even though the building itself is a bit on the old side. Finally, breakfast is also very good, considering that it's included in the room price which is already quite low. Overall great value for money!
Our bed was rather small and a bit too soft for our liking.
location and staff Freindiness
Bed internet must be open all for all times. the current need a passcode every 8 hours and sometimes the staff rejected to give more than two passes which is not enough
Staff very friendly. Location convenient
room very small, especially the shower
the location near the train station and The Cathedrale
The standard room is quite small
The position of this hotel being so easy for the station and yet having a very quiet and comfortable room. It was also within easy walking distance of most of the sights and the centre of the city
The Hotel is in a good location, with secure parking nearby and 5 - 10 minutes walk to the old town. Nice breakfast.
Location very convenient for train travel and walking to the old town.
Closeness to the central railway station, buses and trams
Twin beds placed next to one another and making a hole between them, instead of a large bed Slamming doors in the corridor Very bad coffee for breakfast
Breakfast was super and alltogether excelent experience.
This is a very nice hotel in a great location, especially the train station which is just across the street. Petite France and the cathedral were also a short walk away. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast selections were limited.
Good Hotel standard, friendly and helpfull staff, Hotel overall recommendable if needed for a visit of Strasbourg
very nice staff
It will be better if ITunes available in the hotel's computer
The location right opposite the train station was excellent and the hotel in walking distance of all attractions and beautiful sights.Staff friendly and helpful.
Room needs renovating... a little tired! A tiny moan no teaspoons to stir drinks and only 1 small plate to put breakfast on,no others available so had to use the same plate. But apart from that good
Convenience to the railway station. Easy to take a tram into city center and since we were traveling by train to Dijon, only 5 min. walk to the train.
Really excellent stuff and hospitality, as well as the location
cigarette smoke coming in to the room from restaurant below
Very close to station, staff were pleasant and patient. The bedroom was quite comfortable.
The lavatory in my bathroom made a thunderous noise when flushing. I could hear the same thing from other bathrooms on the same floor (the fifth). It would certainly wake anyone sleeping in the bedroom. My room had only a net curtain covering the French windows. The solid curtains only covered the edges of the windows. In midsummer it would have been very difficult to sleep, with all the light coming in. If you are given a room on the fifth floor, check the curtains and the bathrrom before unpacking - my companions on the fourth floor did not have these problems. This was one of the most expensive hotels I stayed at during a 3-week visit to France, and one of the very few not to offer tea and coffee facilities, or at least a kettle. It is not something I usually expect in France, but if even the cheaper hotels are now offering it, I would think that a more expensive one could. The breakfast was included in the price, so I cannot say whether it was good value for money or not. It was certainly not up to the standard of some other hotels I went to, but it was adequate.
no curtains to close - no WIFI on 5th floor
Everything, either the stuff or the facilities. The breakfast was very good, everyone was very kind. The localization is perfect for those who want to visit the city and the surroundings as well.
Nothing to declare.
