Very quiet, despite location close to City centre. Staff unobtrusive.Good location, in upmarket residential area, but close to two Metro stations & an RER station (on different lines), & within 15 minutes walk of the Seine & the Eiffel Tower. |

Location is good. Room is small but comfort. Breakfast is nice. The stair is not convenient especially if you have big suitcase. |

This is an excellent hotel in the center of Paris for budget-travellers - it is very clean, quiet, central-located at the same time, and you feel at home there! There is also breakfast included in the price, which is a rarity for budget hotels in France. I highly recommend it to everyone, also for couples travelling with the children. |

Location is very good - it is on a quiet street and close to two Metro stations. Passy area is a very good area to stay in Paris.. Hot water flow in the bath room was erratic. The breakfast was pretty boring - just bread with jam. The staff was totally ignorant of the Wi-Fi system. |

It’s a great location about ten fifteen minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to a number of metro stops closed is passey and for the price that’s fantastic. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice; the room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Just be sure to have the street number of the hotel as it might be difficult to find other wise as its off the street, this is a bonus thou as its nice and quiet. |

Room and Bath room was very clean. Location was quite nice, 5 minutes walk 2 different subway station, can go to Eifel tower on foot. In front of the hotel, there is a shopping center, and lots of restaurants are also there close to the hotel. |

The location was perfect - just 15 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were clean and cosy. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was quite poor: not much of the selection. |

Clean, friendly. Very rapid check in. Rooms are in a side alley way which is very quite. Hotel is well placed right in the middle of shopping area. Breakfast room was a little small but breakfast was served quickly and coffee was nice. |

Location, cleanliness. Staff was responsive to my needs. I got an upper floor room. Winding stairs may be difficult for older persons with luggage. |

Good location, 10 - 15 min. walk to the Eiffel Tower. Near 2 metro stations in a quiet neighbourhood with some shops, restaurants and bakeries. Friendly staff, clean bathroom. OK breakfast for that price; bread, croissants, drinks. Things like eggs and cheese cost extra, but there are some good bakeries nearby, so you're better off going there if you are still hungry. Overall a good hotel for a few days in Paris, better than I expected from 2 stars. The rooms have either a bath or a shower, not both. It doesn't say that in the add. The first day we got a room with a shower, while we wanted a bath. Changing rooms was no problem the next day. But the rooms with a bath are smaller and the bed was not as comfortable; it had a bump in the matrass. But we slept well anyway, tired after a day in Paris. |

Quiet, very clean, not expensive, safe neighborhood, good sized room for Paris. The ground floor room we were put in the first night felt exposed and unsafe. Like others, I found the staircase and breakfast room too narrow. |

This hotel is well situated, only 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. The staff were brilliant and very helpful, even warned us of the pickpockets operating in the area. If you are visiting Paris stay here, it's excellent. Rooms could have air con, we visited in a heat wave. |
