Location was good Breakfast was nice
- No check in after 12 even though there is a night watch man - Night Watch man (Jacques) is incredibly rude, absolutely ruined our weekend - The key is attached to the remote and a massive weight on a key ring. - Room reached with circular fire stairs - Room is absolutely tiny, so is the bathroom. - Highly recommend you don't stay here
The hotel is situated in a really nice area of Paris. Lots of shopping nearby and a fairly short walk to the Eiffel Tower. It's tucked away off the street, so it's very quiet and the area is nice so it feels safe and secure. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable (I've stayed here before and been very happy). With two different Metro lines and RER close by this is a great spot to stay and I'd highly recommend it.
The breakfast room can fill up, so it pays to get down a little early. Also, the narrow spiral stairs to the rooms can be awkward with luggage and the door at the landings is rather heavy to open. If this is likely to be an issue, ask for a ground floor room. WiFi is free, but you need to ask for a code for each device you will use. Eg: Phone and Tablet. The staff were happy to give us multiple codes.
A few of the staff members were pretty unfriendly hasten to add mainly the night staff , unfortunately had the misfortune too run into him twice
Nice, small and clean hotel. Very good location, not far from Eiffel Tower .
Quiet area, but 15 minute walk from Eiffel Tower. Breakfast handled well. After hot drink order is taken, a tray of pastries and bread is brought to your table along with orange juice.
We booked a triple room which seemed to be a double with a cot added. The cot was not comfortable and took up a lot of floor space.
The food is good.
Wifi is slow and additional tax is include
Small shower & old blankets
Very good location! Nice and kind staff!
Parking could be cheaper..
The room was clean and tidy and in the centre of everything. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and all main attractions Vis a vis shopping centre with a grocery shop perfect location.
I actually loved staying here. Loved the area as it's close to shopping, restaurants and a grocery store and not filled with tourists. The big selling point was that it was only a 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower!! It was nice and well kept. The staff was always willing to help me with directions and even helped book my taxi back to the airport. My room was a bit small, but I was okay with it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!
The walls were a bit thin, so you could hear footsteps and people talking.
The breakfast was nothing fussy just pure French croissant, baguette and so on. Absolute prime location 10 min. walk from the Eiffel Tower loads of shops and bars, shops selling local foods just a street away awesome
Hard to find, to much going on when you are driving and the sign is a bit hidden it's right opposite the Passy shopping centre. They say it's free parking in the multi storey carpark on the 4th floor just 5min. walk down the road, but I got charged 35 euros for 1 night.
Good location. Nice value for money.
There wasn't a minibar in the room.
Clean and tidy
Only one appliance on wifi, small breakfast
The location of the hotel was perfect because it was close( walking distance) the Eiffel Tower.
They didn't have free wifi
The location is great
great room at this price great night staff close to Trocadero and effeil tower
- speed wifi - location is good, near to the metro station, touristic areas and shopping center - safe place - clean rooms - free, simple but delicious and enough breakfast - room temperature is fine - there is extra blankets and pillows in the room
there is nothing that i did not like
very nice and convenient central location, QUIET too. Friendly staff at reception, always helps if you speak even a little French.
cramped room, cheap decoration and furniture (looked like from the 80s). No elevator (2 floors only). Shower cubicle so small that a 120kg person will not fit through the door! I am 85kg and i barely squeezed through. Breakfast was below par in terms of both variety and quality, I paid extra 4,35euro for 2 fried eggs. The breakfast hall was so small that 1-2 tenants had to wait several minutes to be seated. Hotel photographs are nice but doctored, the hotel looks quite shabby in reality. if you are looking for a no-fuss place to stay in Paris, this could be it. Price 112 euro for a double room when the website advertises a price of 75 euro (it was a company booking).
Location is excellent. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast was quickly served, coffee was good and there was croissant, bread, jam, fruit juice and apple compote. I enjoyed our stay.
Bathroom door did not shut properly.
I had some misunderstood with the recepcionist because i asked more toillet paper, because what we had wasnt enough to spend 2 days for 3 person ...she was very arrogant i had to discuss with her just because toillet paper .Never saw that in my life in any other hotel that i have been..
easy to reach e.g. from Paris Orly (with OrlyBus and M6 station 'Passy' only a 5-minute walk away). Lots of shops nearby, walking distance also to other local transport lines. Eiffel Tower very close. Nice team, good value for money.
The bed cover, room style who make you wanna rest.
If the neighbors play the TV or make any sounds, you can hear it beacause there's a double door who separate the rooms. The stairs to go up at 1st, second floor and the heavy and small doors before the access to your room.
A very convenient location, not far from the metro. Passy is a largely residential area but its main street (Rue de Passy) is akin to a village/small town shopping street. Very chic shops and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Hotel surrounds quiet courtyard just off the main street. Rooms are reasonably sized with excellent bathrooms. A very relaxing location and very helful staff.
The basic breakfast is limited compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area - eggs, cereals, meat all charged for as extras. The rooms are accessed by spiral stairs that could be challanging if you had heavy luggage.
Very clean, quite , spacy, comfortable beds McDonald's 5 min to the right, large mall opposite , Eifel tower 15 min walk We were lucky , other people checked out so Staff helped us to check in a bit early , amazing
No lift , no cheese in the breakfast Nothing else regarding the hotel but taxi drivers are generally rude and expensive
small, quiet hotel near Trocadero.
There are abrupt stairs, so be careful, if you have some disabilities. - I am satisfied with this hotel so I stayed in several times. But there are the same sweet breakfast for several years, what is OK, only probanly for 1 - 2 nights stay. But there is possibility to order somesting different for extra.
