Les Hauts de Passy – Trocadero Eiffel is in Paris’ 16th arrondissement (district). It is in a tranquil pedestrian street, close to the Seine River and a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower.

The Hotel Belfort is in Paris, just a 5-minute walk from the Charonne Metro Station and a 10-minute walk from the famous Père Lachaise Cemetery.
Score from 375 reviews Good
- speed wifi - location is good, near to the metro station, touristic areas and shopping center - safe place - clean rooms - free, simple but delicious and enough breakfast - room temperature is fine - there is extra blankets and pillows in the room
there is nothing that i did not like
very nice and convenient central location, QUIET too. Friendly staff at reception, always helps if you speak even a little French.
cramped room, cheap decoration and furniture (looked like from the 80s). No elevator (2 floors only). Shower cubicle so small that a 120kg person will not fit through the door! I am 85kg and i barely squeezed through. Breakfast was below par in terms of both variety and quality, I paid extra 4,35euro for 2 fried eggs. The breakfast hall was so small that 1-2 tenants had to wait several minutes to be seated. Hotel photographs are nice but doctored, the hotel looks quite shabby in reality. if you are looking for a no-fuss place to stay in Paris, this could be it. Price 112 euro for a double room when the website advertises a price of 75 euro (it was a company booking).
Location is excellent. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast was quickly served, coffee was good and there was croissant, bread, jam, fruit juice and apple compote. I enjoyed our stay.
Bathroom door did not shut properly.
I had some misunderstood with the recepcionist because i asked more toillet paper, because what we had wasnt enough to spend 2 days for 3 person ...she was very arrogant i had to discuss with her just because toillet paper .Never saw that in my life in any other hotel that i have been..
easy to reach e.g. from Paris Orly (with OrlyBus and M6 station 'Passy' only a 5-minute walk away). Lots of shops nearby, walking distance also to other local transport lines. Eiffel Tower very close. Nice team, good value for money.
The bed cover, room style who make you wanna rest.
If the neighbors play the TV or make any sounds, you can hear it beacause there's a double door who separate the rooms. The stairs to go up at 1st, second floor and the heavy and small doors before the access to your room.
A very convenient location, not far from the metro. Passy is a largely residential area but its main street (Rue de Passy) is akin to a village/small town shopping street. Very chic shops and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Hotel surrounds quiet courtyard just off the main street. Rooms are reasonably sized with excellent bathrooms. A very relaxing location and very helful staff.
The basic breakfast is limited compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area - eggs, cereals, meat all charged for as extras. The rooms are accessed by spiral stairs that could be challanging if you had heavy luggage.
Very clean, quite , spacy, comfortable beds McDonald's 5 min to the right, large mall opposite , Eifel tower 15 min walk We were lucky , other people checked out so Staff helped us to check in a bit early , amazing
No lift , no cheese in the breakfast Nothing else regarding the hotel but taxi drivers are generally rude and expensive
small, quiet hotel near Trocadero.
There are abrupt stairs, so be careful, if you have some disabilities. - I am satisfied with this hotel so I stayed in several times. But there are the same sweet breakfast for several years, what is OK, only probanly for 1 - 2 nights stay. But there is possibility to order somesting different for extra.
Good value for the price. Excellent location and nice area.
Rooms were a bit small.
Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good!
The furry duvet cover was very heavy and I am guessing it would be difficult to wash between guests!
Very quiet here with the rooms away from traffic.
Serene setting off the busy street, availability of commercial businesses and restaurants
I chose this hotel because I lived nearby for three years while working. Passy is one of my favorite places where you can see "non-touristy" life. Can't say there was anything I didn't like.
The location is excellent! Just in the Passy st.
There is no lift. I stayed in the first floor and my luggage was heavy.
Passy is a beautiful neighborhood, and very convenient with metro and shops and restaurants and easy access to tourist attractions. The room was small but sufficient. The hotel is long one side of a quiet courtyard that s very pleasant.
Location, quitness, cleanliness
As a female travelling on my own I felt very safe and well looked after by the staff. The location is great and the area is very nice and enjoyable to stroll day and night
The breakfast was enjoyable. There is a shopping complex just opposite the road.
The staff was very cold towards us when we arrived on the 20th Sept. Furthermore, on the day of our departure back home (22nd), we almost missed our transport to the airport just because the lady staff on duty in the morning did not even bother to locate us when we were just sitting in the waiting area which is right beside the counter. We were there since 8am (with scheduled transport at 8:45am) and even notify her we were expecting transport to the airport. Luckily, we bumped into the driver as he was leaving the hotel. Not only was the driver annoyed, everyone else in the van (shared transport) was delayed. Also, the room had a very unpleasant smell when we first entered due to smell to wet pets which might be unpleasant to non pet owners.
I loved the courtyard area that we walked into which was off the street. It was so quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. I loved that we could open the window to get fresh air. There was an elevator for our room which was very nice! We were able to leave our luggage there before and after we checked in and out. They lent us a plug adapter for free which also was really nice since we brought the wrong one.
The bed spreads were the oddest I've ever seen. They were like fake fur and belonged in a mountain cabin but they were warm. :)
Clean comfortable room, nice neighborhood. No elevator & no A/C. Small exterior spiral staircases very difficult for carrying up luggage.
Lovely location, impressive entrance, friendly, helpful staff and the room and bathroom were clean and modern. Thanks so much for making me feel at home, regards, Carol
Quiet neighborhood of Passy. Plus it was walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Reasonable price and lots of small mom and pop restaurants near by.
No elevator. Very small rooms.
We booked a double room on the ground floor. The hotel is ideally suitable to tourists or professional workers. It was quiet and staff were friendly. Loved the colourful display of flower boxes when entering our room. Breakfast and Wifi were included in price so additional bonus! Trendy shops, on our doorstep appealed to my 13yr old.
The decor of the room..would have liked it to have matched the brightness of the flowers.
Very nice location, very quiet environment. Rooms windows open on a magnificent little hidden garden in the middle of Paris.
Many rooms are only accessible by outdoors tiny spiral stairs. If you are dragging a large suitcase, you will suffer...
All was very good)
Only 2 cruassains on breakfast ((( no fruits
