The room was clean, beds really comfortable and the location good.

No one spoke English, even though on the wall they had a sign 'English spoken'. We booked a triple room with 3 single beds. Booking.com states on its site: Triple room = 3 single beds or 1 single, 1 double. When we arrived, we found out the hotel didn't even have any rooms with 3 single beds. We also had problems explaining the staff that we wanted 3 blankets/towels, etc. for each of us, as there were things just for 2. Also, the wifi password they gave us was written wrong on the paper and we had to figure out the right one ourselves (a instead of A).

Friendly staff and nice accommodations. Breakfast was good and reasonably located within walking distance (10-15 minutes) to attractions and dining.

Not a complaint against the hotel, but there is only street parking that gives you about one and a half hours at most per meter feeding; no long term meter option. Parked in the downtown parkhouse about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Be advised that getting a taxi for anything local is near impossible, even with elderly traveler who needed help. Taxi drivers we encountered were abundantly rude and mostly unwilling to help for just in/around town (would rather sit and wait for an hour to get a "real fare"). One actually had the audacity to "run down" the lazy people who couldn't walk 15-20 minutes to the Chateau de Versailles with his dispatcher, while we were in the cab. Nevermind my Mom was old and in not so great health or that we understood enough French to know what he was saying; he didn't care at all. Oh well, just another travel experience for the record books.

Nothing featured, but you have almost everything you can expect. The staff generally is responsive.

Wi-Fi in the rooms has very low signal which makes it almost unusable. They forgot to change linen a couple of times.

The hotel is in the old part of Versailles and in walking distance to the castle. Fine just overnight stay.

The staff were very helpful but they advertise English Spoken which is way over the top.

We enjoyed the area. We wanted to stay a little out of Paris and had a easy train trip into Paris. We mostly stayed here as we enjoyed Louis xvi Chateau. It was a 800 meter walk to train and further to the chateau.

It was comfortable, clean and friendly.

It was not at all what the website represented. Carpet was very old and smelly.

Just a littly fyi.... If you should happen to stay here on a Sunday you had better make sure you eat very big lunch. Everyplace closes around 2pm. They must have known we were Americans. Actually we got to one restaurant before 2 but they were not very accomodating. McDonald's was our only option. And the walking directions from the train terminal said appx. 4 min walk. Maybe if you're sprinting and you can find al the street names.

The bathroom is posh. Our room overlooked a quiet courtyard. The location made for an easy walk to Versailles. The breakfast was good.

No elevator! Parking is on the street and can be difficult to find.

The room was wonderful but the clerk who checked us is was so lovely and nice. He pointed us in the right direction for wonderful meals and helpful tips on the area. Lovely very quiet residential neighborhood

Questo albergo e' veramente carino e confortevole!!! La pisizione e' ottima, a pochi minuti dal castello. Costa il giusto ed e' pulito! Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, anche il personale e' gentilissimo ;-)
