breakfast was expensive when compared to local bars

I travelled with my 10 year old son, and all the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The Buffet breakfast had a good variety of food on offer. The room was clean and tidy. Also the location of the hotel was ideal given the fact that three Metro stations were short walking distances from the hotel. I would definately stay at the hotel again.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room nice, clean and comfortable. Location was great for getting around to metro and rer stations.

Very small room but as they are expected, although it's enough! Bit noisy as we had the room between the lift and stairway so u can hear everyone walking by! At the time of my stay the restaurant next door were renovating so at 9am there was constant banging and drilling which ticked me off, but that wasnt the hotels fault.

Good position, handy for RER and Metro, enabling you to travel to Versailles, interesting area with good restaurants within easy walking

Rooms are somewhat cramped.

Friendly staff paricularly Andre at Reception, his service was 5 star. Room was spotless, and location excellent for our 5 day stay in Paris. Highly recommend this area.

Tiny Room, expected bigger for price we paid. There was no Bar, Tea/Coffee making facilities and breakfast included in price should be standard requirement.

The location of Le Jardin de Cluny was very desirable. The neighborhood was pleasant and convenient to many nice restaurants. Proximity to the metro was also a plus.

Great location and excellent staff who spoke very good English to our very poor French. Without exception the staff were always very pleasant, friendly and helpful especially with directions and local restaurants. We booked a basic room which was a bit of a squeeze with large suitcases for two people but the bathroom was excellent as was the bed and pillows. We appreciated the air-con and computer access. Breakfast in the charming cellar was also very good.

We did not experience any noise as mentioned in some reviews. We booked the hotel because of the reviews and were not disappointed.

The staff was kind and accommodating.

For the price, the room was a postage stamp. There was construction going on on the building across the street. Very annoying. I've had much nicer rooms in Paris for a better price.

Location is ideal. Well served by Metro and within walking easy reach of restaurants bars and shops.

Stayed in a twin room which was far too small to accommodate two single beds.

We found the location was wonderful - very central. The reception staff were most pleasant and helpful despite the time we arrived ie. very late. Any questions or queries were answered with 'No problem'.
