Lagom stor frukost som ingick i priset. Varierad med både musli, grovt bröd och croissanter (såklart). Fri internet-uppkoppling. Vi upplevde hotellet som lugnt och tyst. Sängarna var väldigt hårda, men det är naturligtvis individuellt vad man föredrar. |

Utmärkt service. Fritt internet. Mycket bra frukostar. Tyst och lugnt men ändå centralt läge nära Metro och RER med bra förbindelse med flygplatsen CdG. |

The room was what I needed, quiet & efficient. The comfort of the bed was excellent. Location was excellent. Staff were helpful in guidance us to a good resturant. The Breakfast lounge was nice. Breakfast was included in the price of the room (easy to budget) I was disappointed that: getting breakfast before the written hour of 07.00hrs was a big deal; & that I booked the hotel & my colleague got yhe superior room. |

Very nice hotel if you know what you can expect from hotel in Paris. Room is small but within standart of 3* hotel in Paris, clean, hotel staff is very friendly. excellent location, very close to RER and Metro station, restorants, Notre dame, but still in very quiet street. Some staff in the hotel restoran are not on the level of hotel. |

I travelled with my 10 year old son, and all the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The Buffet breakfast had a good variety of food on offer. The room was clean and tidy. Also the location of the hotel was ideal given the fact that three Metro stations were short walking distances from the hotel. I would definately stay at the hotel again. |

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room nice, clean and comfortable. Location was great for getting around to metro and rer stations. Very small room but as they are expected, although it's enough! Bit noisy as we had the room between the lift and stairway so u can hear everyone walking by! At the time of my stay the restaurant next door were renovating so at 9am there was constant banging and drilling which ticked me off, but that wasnt the hotels fault. |

Friendly staff paricularly Andre at Reception, his service was 5 star. Room was spotless, and location excellent for our 5 day stay in Paris. Highly recommend this area. Tiny Room, expected bigger for price we paid. There was no Bar, Tea/Coffee making facilities and breakfast included in price should be standard requirement. |

Our room was excellent and quiet, the staff friendly, the breakfast typically over-priced (we didn't even try it: good bakeries are just around the corner). Within easy walking distance of Notre Dame and the Louvre. We would happily return. It was somewhat difficult to find restaurants that serve good quality food at reasonable prices near this location, simply because many of the establishments try to attract foreign tourists on modest budgets. (We saw the item "French Onion Soup" listed on more than one menu.) This isn't the hotel's fault, just a fact of life in a tourist-filled area. |

The location of Le Jardin de Cluny was very desirable. The neighborhood was pleasant and convenient to many nice restaurants. Proximity to the metro was also a plus. |

Great location and excellent staff who spoke very good English to our very poor French. Without exception the staff were always very pleasant, friendly and helpful especially with directions and local restaurants. We booked a basic room which was a bit of a squeeze with large suitcases for two people but the bathroom was excellent as was the bed and pillows. We appreciated the air-con and computer access. Breakfast in the charming cellar was also very good. We did not experience any noise as mentioned in some reviews. We booked the hotel because of the reviews and were not disappointed. |

Could not have selected a better hotel. Staff friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Location excellent, 5 minute walk from Notre Dame, 2 minute walk from Metro. We did not have breakfast as it was quite expensive. Lots of varied eateries within 10 minutes walk. Unfortunately when it said it had a bar it was not what we expected, it was a large mini-bar similar to what you get in the room. Elevator was very small. |
