Le Manoir Les Minimes  

The rooms were beautiful and unique. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the setting was perfect.

The lack of dining facilities.

A real thrill when approaching the hotel through the narrow entrance gates. This has the wow factor. Beautifully decorated throughout with period pieces. Wonderful views over the river and town bridge. Aircon was a bonus. Would love to stay again.

The restaurant is now closed but breakfast is available in a stunning room.

Location was good; room was warm, clean & spacious

When were not there, staff went through the room doing who knows what. We noted that towels were rearranged and even our soap was conferscated. It was far more than a 'turn down' service since there was an unseen staff member waiting until we left for dinner (after 8pm) before the deed was done. It was a bit creepy after the second time and I felt this was a gross invasion of privacy.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay, it was above our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was superb.

I wish there were a restaurant at the hotel

Beautiful manor at the base of the Amboise castle. Very quiet and romantic and a short stroll through lovely backstreet to town. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast excellet at 14 euros in the beautiful breakfast room. Be sure to have a champagne in the drawing room. Couldnt be a better location for exploring the Loire. We adored our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer!

We were very pleased with everything. The location is right next to the chateau and the view from our room was wonderful. Parking on site is free and secure. The walk into town is very easy - just a few minutes. In town, we recommend a "Salon de Thé" called Bigot. You can get anything from a pastry to a very satisfying meal there for a reasonable price. The Manoir staff was courteous and very accommodating. The bathroom had an oversized tub and everything was ultra clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the use of the computer in the ground floor salon. This is an elegant establishment in a special setting and the price can be quite reasonable. We paid at the time of reservation for a special rate. We highly recommend the Manoir les Minimes!

There is no elevator, but the beautiful stairway is a pleasure to use. The hotel staff kindly offered to carry our luggage up to our room.

The staff were exceptional .The ambience brilliant. The decor delightful. The position perfect. The interior intimate as well as inviting, the surrounds supurb.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Le Manoir Les Minimes. The hotel is elegant, the staff provided wonderful service and made us feel right at home. The hotel's location is excellent for visiting both Amboise and the Loire Valley.

Perfect hotel for any couple who wanna explore Amboise, especially the Chateau des Amboise. Very nice room.Staff are very friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay here again if we have a chance to come back to Amboise.

Continental Breakfast cost 14 Euro/person

One of the best hotels we have stayed at in a wonderful location.only negative is there isn't a restaurant for evening dining, although the town centre is just a few minutes walk away has a very good range of eating places

Hotel precioso junto al castillo de Amboise con un trato personalizado y amable, la habitación era muy acogedora y amplia . Se puede ir andando a todos los sitios para visitar el pueblo, pasear o salir a cenar. Muy recomendable, la puntuación que ostenta en Booking está merecida.
