I like the location and quality is high from a 4 Star place thought slightly run down No room service before 7.30 pm makes it hard with hungry and tired kids

Very good location, nice hotel, large rooms, friendly people. The breakfast is too expensive and buffet very poor. There is no coffe facility in the room; this is not acceptable. Some forniture and decoration would need to be refreshed.

Very nice hotel, large pool, large lobby, large suites. Staff very friendly and nice, really excellent cooking (lunch/diner), much better than the famous Colombe d'Or which is close but disappointing... A bit old (decoration, bathroom, etc). Not enough people to help, long wait for diner...

Staff friendly and helpful. The room price was on offer and very good value for money. We had dinner in their restaurant and enjoyed the meal. However the wine was overpriced. Great location.

A friendly & welcoming hotel, but we visited at the end of the season and it was very quiet. Beautiful location & very peaceful The hotel was advertised as being only 1km from St.Paul de Vence...this is not true...it is a 3km walk, with no shuttle transfer from the hotel. Also, there are usually taxis outside St. Paul but on our visit there were none, and we had to walk back in pitch darkness. The hotel accomodation booked through booking.com was very reasonable, however, once you arrive, the hotel is pretty expensive (wine/food/room service etc) but I guess you are staying in the Cote d'Azur so this is the reason for the inflated prices. The food in the restaurant was good, but as I am vegetarian, my only option was an omelette (at 32 Euros!) although it was delicious.

La qualité de l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Le cadre est rafraîchissant, haut de gamme mais sans fioritures, très agréable. Le restaurant est gastronomique mais la carte est chère. Pas d'autre alternative que de prendre sa voiture pour partir en balade.

La tranquillità e la splendida vista dalla camera sul borgo di Saint Paul! La tv và decisamente migliorata, nessun canale italiano e soprattutto pochissimi canali stranieri... Francesi e basta, mi sembra un po' poco per un hotel che è comunque lontano dal centro e magari la sera un tg o un film fa anche piacere guradarlo !

magnifique situation géographique. le personnel est charmant, l'entrée très belle, le parc magnifique. Le repas du soir était excellent. la piscine intérieure minable (pas d'éclairage, pas de sièges), salle fitness dans un trou et trop petite, pas de hammam, le sauna trop petit. la piscine extérieure pleine d'algues.....les catelles et l'entretien global de l'hôtel me semble inexistant. Les horaires pour le petite déjeuner bien, mais pas de possibilité de dépassement d'une minute, car tout est enlevé à 10h. pile ! pour un 4 * : pas terrible si ce n'est la situation et le personnel

Le personnel est accueillant. Bénéficie d'un beau cadre. La piscine chauffée intérieure et extérieure. La propreté de la chambre et son confort. Le petit déjeuner non compris et de prix excessif (27€). La salle de fitness est un peu "rustique". L'accès wifi compliqué

Calme et sérénité dans un espace immense. Personel discret et attentionné. Très propre. Equipement un peu vieux et désuet mais visiblement en rénovation continue. C'est visible car nous y avons séjourné plusieurs fois.
