I like this fUXking hotel only because its facing the sea, beaches...convenient to me . Its not worth and I could not say it is a Five-star hotel though hotel itself rated that, its not actually! Hotel lobby...TERRIBLE , just like a budget hotel, even budget hotel would be better...Staff..very rude I should say, because they all are impatient if you asked over 2 questions! I met a male staff at the reception and I asked him about my spg number already registered into my reservation or not? Then I asked him the other question, he was out of patient and knocked the desk! How come? |

We stayed for 5 nights, and spent at least 3 days across the road lying at La Plage Ruhl - on the deck chairs (which you pay for, but get a discount as a hotel guest). This was a great way to read a book and catch some sun. The hotel staff were really accommodating, spoke perfect English, and gave us a few good places to eat and visit (the flower markets in the old town). The rooms were a good size and the bathrooms were very nice. The internet rates in the room were very expensive (there is a McDonalds next door with free WifF). There was no kettle in the room to boil water for tea (you had to pay for the staff to bring via room service). |

Service was very good. They charge for everything, almost from the towels to the chairs in the beach, it is very expensive. Internet has a very high cost, and the TV is very bad... unless you pay, of course. |

Very Good Location, Public parking (@ 24euros daily) nearby very convenient The hotel need restoration The room with patio view feels like being in jail and has no balcony. Internet services are very expensive. I was unfortunate to meet a very aggressive receptionist The smell is very heavy in the hotel. |

This hotel though it may not look much from the exterior is an absolute gem. The staff are ALL incredibly helpful and courteous. A special mention for Claudia on Reception who from the outset set the tone for the rest of our trip with her help and advice on places to visit and be enetertained. |

The convenience to beach and shops. The restaurant, the pool and rooftop facilities. Drinks were expensive but the staff were excellent. |

There was nothing good about the hotel not even the location and it had a very stiff atmosphere Even at the price i piad there was no wi fi they asked for extra money and the TV in the room also had to be paid for some crazy amount to watch TV |

I was not so satisfate about this hotel, one hour to bring up the luggage,by accident I left the garage via the stairs,because of a defect lift,what I found there was unbelievable urine every where,excrements at the second level......The floor in my room was not clean................ |

Hotel was chosen because of its location. It was as we hoped and we were very satisfied on that count. It is aimed largely at business and conference guests but still suited us with the Terrace facility on the Roof and the Beach. Felt the lounge area was cramped and furnishings were inferior, Also dining menus very limited which encouraged us to eat elswhere. |

Being kept informed about the next day's weather by placing a card on the bed with day or night temperatures. Friendly hotel staff. Clean, modern-decorated and comfortable room. Great location, very near to the old town, and most importantly, right by the beautiful beach. |

The staff were helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic. its on the promenade and very close to all of the shops and restaurants. The Classic room was definitely not as described on the website. It was extremly old, very grotty and definitley not 4 star standard by any means. We paid €175 for this room and for that i would have expected 4 star quality. I would not stay in this hotel again purely on the basis of the rooms. |

Location was excellent though the proximity of the main road and a mcdonalds hangout just outside the hotel exit did not help. whilst the view from the balcony was spectacular their was no comfortable seating in the room for cold/wet days. |

The location is perfect, the staff is very attentive and the faciliry is of the highest standard Parking is quite problematic unless you use the hotel parking which is quite expensive |

The design rooms are nice, comfortable and well equipped with facilities like internet. The bed was good and the room was quiet. The main entrance was difficult to find and the drinks at the hotel bar were very expensive. |

The location is perfect and the deal we got was really good. I loved the fact that the rooftop pool is heated and I could swim in it in Feb I was surprised that there were no robes in the rooms, especially when you consider that there is a pool. I also expected more cosmetic-type items like body-lotion |
