Was disgusted to find a bedside table full of condoms used and new plus the carrier bag in which they were bought, obviously the room had not been cleaned very well

Rather high price does not include almost nothing. It is strange that you have to pay additionally fee for using internet, more less all 4 stars and more hotels offer it including in price. The same is for using the bed on terrace, as also to pay Sauna additionally. Masage, restoran, breakfast is ok to be pay additionally

Double room poor standards 2 beds pushed together. Advertised as a patio view this was incorrect it was a view into the court yard and other rooms.

We upgraded our room it was amazing. the staff was very good and the location was great

Some of the room have not been updated. Our kids room was very dated but clean and comfortable.

Location perfect for walking Nice. Rooftop Terrace gave great views away from traffic.

No real negaitve comments - The Hotel is quite expensive and meals and drinks in the Hotel are very pricey. There is a mcdonalds restaurant and casino at the ground level right next to the hotel - which spoils the high expectation of a grand hotel when you arrive.

Wi-fi is not free - it's strange for **** star hotel. Cleanliness was not good and every day maids disturbed us in the morning. The balkonys are very small. The rooms are unrepaired.

The car park didn't have adequate signage for entrance to the hotel. After parking our car, we found ourselves wondering around in some scummy unmarked stair well. We tried our luck on maybe 4 or 5 doorways (one on each flight of stairs) before we finally stumbled on the service entrance into the hotel. I'm sure I wasn't the first either, and I most certainly wasn't the last . On the numerous occasions I left the hotel through the street entrance, I saw other patrons emerging from the same service entrance with confused looks on their faces. Pretty poor really for this quality of hotel.
