Location and wifi
The cleanses was very poor
I stayed in this hotel twice in last six months. Location is perfect. Transportation is easy. Room and bathroom are clean and well organized. Bed comfort, which is very important for me, was superb.
The Bed! Most comfortable I've ever slept in. Room was quiet, temperature was perfect. The bathroom was well organized and pretty.
This hotel needs to have its decoration refreshed. Common areas were worn and needed paint and polish. The breakfast was expensive and abundant, but just average as far as presentation and quality.
Only its location
No welcome smile or good bye smile .. Communication relation with customer is almost zero
Friendly and extremely helpful staff; Stunning view (you need to upgrade to get good views); Roof top terrace has amazing view; Extremely clean; Comfortable beds and pillows
The internet is slower than dial up from the modem era. You can pay for a slight "upgrade" in speed; however, it's 19 euros PER DEVICE, PER DAY! If you need to do work whilst visiting, you will struggle with the Internet speed. They have computers in lobby but you have to pay!
Front Officer's face is very important coz they can make any guest impress or fail when check in. And they made me fail for their service. I think they don't know how to smile. They know only this word "May I have your credit card or cash for this payment?". Very bad impression.
Location and comfort.
The location could not be better. On the sea front and an easy walk to the old town or the modern shopping area.
Some of the corridors and the bathroom of our room were looking a bit tired and in need of an overhaul.
The heated outdoor pool, the helpful staff, the location, the view from the breakfast room
Perfect location for seeing Nice and also renting a car and driving to see other towns along the coast. Rooms were nice and we enjoyed our balcony with city and partial sea views. We loved grabbing pastries from the local bakery nearby and sitting on the boardwalk to enjoy the ocean views.
staff was fast and helpful. Location was excellent.
facility other than the lobby is horrible for a 4 stars hotel. No complementary water is ridiculous. We received a dirty towel.
we liked the location the rooms were ok we upgraded at check in to a sea view at extra cost with a balcony alas it was not a balcony one could enjoy ie sit out on better described as a ledge.
I have already described the so called balcony now for the front desk staff appaling should be sent to the Meriien Monde Carlo where they know how to greet guests and run an Hotel. Would not return no way.
staying, shopping, walking,
Excellent location for our 4 day stay in Nice. Excellent service very friendly and helpful.
Pool could only be used between 10 -5 and a staff member needed to be in attendance. I thought that was odd as we booked this hotel hoping to have a swim before breakfast or after we returned from a busy day touring
Staff were very rude I was given a room close to the lift and all night I coud not sleep because of the noise made by the lift
Bit of a transit hotel.
We stayed there because of the Nice-Cannnes marathon. It was great to be right near the start line, the marathon expo and all the activities around the marathon. It is a great central location to visit Nice.
Dirty hotel Not polite and welcoming stuff Rooms are dirty, stains everywhere Old tv sets and facilities No one helped with luggage and no one explained what hotel has
The pool and rooftop restaraunt staff were very friendly and accommodating.
As mentioned the girl on reception was not rude but quite unfriendly. As were the staff on the morning we had breakfast. The pricing of the breakfast deal was not made clear to us at all and we were just shuffled quickly to the table. When we queried what we were charged for the staff made me Feel quite awkward as it was a query not a complaint!!
Location, location, location!
Hallway looks and feels old (certainly need refurbishment) Matress quality is poor relatively compare to other Le Meridien Hotel Carpet inside the room needs replacement Bathroom need to be upgraded
Close to the beach, old town and centre. Clean room, comfortable bed and efficient staff. We enjoyed the terrace and pool a lot!
The bedroom maybe a little too small but not really a problem to us as we are outdoors a lot ...park, pool and beach!
As soon as I checked in I was served by a very rude male staff member who really upset me and my partner never have I been treated such way as a paying customer I would never stay here again after the way I was spoken to.
The location can't be beat, very nice staff, complimentary coffee each morning, nice clean rooms, large bathroom, nice roof top bar with great views.
This hotel was our big "splurge" for the final two days of our trip so we were expecting more bang for our buck. It felt more like a convention/business center hotel than a luxury retreat. The pictures of the roof top bar and pool were very enticing but the pool was closed for chemical treatment both times we tried to go up and enjoy the pool. We stayed at a hotel right across the street which was much cheaper and had a lovely balcony overlooking the park- with just as nice room accommodations. The view from our room was of other hotel rooms! (not a new, nor balcony). Overall, it was a nice hotel, great location but not worth the price.
The location of this hotel and the docor are lovely
Manner of the staff. They are rude. Rude. Rude. I asked one Member of staff what time and location of the next bus to the airport and the answer was "here at the meridian we deal with taxis, not busses". V strong smell of sewerage in the hallways.
