terrazza e gentilezza dello staff la stanza era invasa da moscerini, si trovava nell'ala non ancora ristrutturata con un'aria di trascuratezza e vecchiume soprattutto in bagno. |

La cordialità del personale, la posizione centrale ed il confort della camera, esclusione fatta per alcune camere al piano 8 nelle quali, di notte, si avverte un fastidioso rumore dato dalle centrali di condizionamento in copertura Alcune camere risultano particolarmente rumorose nelle ore notturne a causa del sistema di climatizzazione |

Le camere piu' economiche sono dietro agli ascensori e le camere non sono insonorizzate. Le camere a tariffa superiore con vista mare sono belle, ma molto care. Le opinioni degli altri ospiti nn sono condivisibili poiche' non si puo' sapere in quali camere hanno soggiornato poiche' tra le camere vista mare e vista patio, cioe' interne sul cortile piccolo e di conseguenza con poca luce, c'e' una grande differenza e di cnseguenza stesso albergo, ma diverso giudizio. |

Perfect location, views, modern and clean. The manager of the desk-office is very polite and helpful. Small free snacks in the afternoon are a real surprise and pleasant. Balkony in superior-rooms seems to be a "French balkony". This is not a balcony you can sit or stand on. This is not mentioned on the site. Only a few rooms have a real balcony, that is a terras. We were lucky to a be able to change the "balcony-room" to an available "teras-room" the second day. But if all are full, one can get very disapointed. The breakfast (not included) is expensive/chaotic. |

I like the renovated rooms which i stayed in one, also the dinning area, the only thing they need to work on is Fitness club, as you know with the amount of money that you pay to stay i think you should get a good fitness club, at the moments they have one but small and hardly have any good equepments. WOW... A great location. Across the street from the beaches, walking distances to the tram and old town. A great hotel.. Little more then i would typically spend but well worth the value!!! |

Our SV room was upgraded to junior suite with swish modern furniture, great bathroom & kept v clean. Too few hangers & storage space though. Sea view is great from room & dining room. Staff at breakfast are v attentive & breakfast selection is good (albeit expensive). Location was ideal for our family with wide range of ages (as close to beach, shops, restaurants & old town). Door on the wardrobe of our daughters' room was broken & the room reeked of of cigarettes. Their hair drier unhelpfully only worked if you manually kept button down whilst drying hair. |
