The cleaning lady barging into my room at 8:30 in the morning & waking me. The hotels half hearted apology. Being charged for Wifi in a €200 a night hotel.

The location is great and there is public parking in the building.

In the mornings, the cleaning staff was very loud in the corridors and doors are not sound proof. If you have view of the see, the window do not sound proof well the traffic below of the Promenade des Anglais.

The hotel was just a building to sleep no flowers any where my room was smelly and dark grey view -- I come to Nice every month and will never visit again -- I stayed before three years ago and it was better then -- poor atmosphere bad carpets and staff.

This hotel is not cost these money/ they tried to make double blocking from my card, poor and old rooms & lobby. For my opinion - not more than 3 stars

breakfast was absolutely disgusting : cold food and no refurnishment of some sweets one hour before the closure!!!! unacceptable for such a price!

it was a warm weekend and the hotel was in the heat mode and could not cool the sleep rooms. had to pay extra to move to a room with a window to ventilate room.

the view from room is excellent, beautiful seaside and nice

hard to find the front door and parking place is not belonging to hotel, so had some trouble to find it from the garrage

Location is the main advantage of this hotel, close to the old city, the shopping area Hotel stuff and service is quite prompt and sufficient

Very happy, after booking a Junior Suite, to have been upgraded to Presidential Suite. Spectacular and uninterrupted 180 degree views of the beaches of Nice and the Sea. Just a very short walk to the best part of town, Vieux Nice. Immediate access to Promenade des Anglais. Lovely front desk staff and front door/porter staff as well. Very helpful calling the lift constantly for us to get our pram in and out of the hotel.

Not especially family-friendly entry; have to ask for the porter/door staff to call the freight elevator to street level just to get the pram to reception on 1st floor. The smell of sewerage from the bathroom in the Presidential Suite was so strong we had to keep the bathroom door always closed, the plugs in all drains, and really extra-cautious use of the bathroom knowing the stench would flood the bedroom. Cannot imagine a President of anything liking that. When our 1-year old ran into the cafe/restaurant before it was opening time, very, very rude approach from young male waiter for us to 'please leave'. Really odd lack of renovation or unifying theme or concept in dining room of the Presidential Suite: three pieces of furniture, none of which fitted any other. Quite cool "Paul Smith" style renovation of bedroom brought that up to date, but oddly the dining room stayed in the 1980s. The coffee in the 1st floor cafe lounge was probably very good, but we did not get served as he staff were completely occupied cleaning the restaurant and ordering babies form the room, so we never found out.

Staff; At the breakfast room, at the reception, at the restaurant, even at the enterance. All proffesionals with exceptional care. You don't expect this from france. Location is great. But it's expensive hotel. I convinced my parents in love to stay there ( I like them :)) this November i/o somewhere else.

We stayed in a sea view room with a balcony which was superb. The sea facing wall of the room is entirely made of glass and one has a first rate view of the sea even while lying in bed. The balcony is very roomy and comfortable and surprisingly private.

The staff were great.

A convenient location, and rooms with a large terrace, ideal for relaxing after a days sightseeing or for the less mobile. Choice at breakfast really good for most people, and prompt service. Good views from both bar/breakfast room and rooftop terrace. Convenient for airport bus at 4 euros compared with taxi at Minimum 70 euros and 120 if Mercedes

The Dinner menu rather limited for a 5 star hotel. Although we stayed on the 9th floor, traffic noise loud at times from main road below, compared to other similar hotels where noise inaudible with windows closed.

Luggage boys very quick , friendly and helpfull (arrival en departure)

Luggage delivery took more than an hour and half after 4 request no response to a letter adressed the next day to the manager lamp was not working front door key , poor system many other guest were complaining
