Our room was so dirty beyond more our expectation .After our check in ,we had to wait luggage for one hour and half .Even we called rescption several times ,just they said one minute every time . |

Perfect location. Nicely furnished rooms. And that’s pretty much all… AS FOR THE DRAWBACKS – the staff - incompetent and rude. The receptionist didn't even inform us that she had blocked some amount of money on our bank account. (I learnt it from a text message… You can imagine my surprise.). What’s more, the room wasn't ready on time. The breakfast and mini bar – simply a rip off... The pool, well, for sure looks good in the pictures… The bathroom door were broken and the cleaning ladies could use some vacuum cleaner. Plus WHY do they pretend they care about the environment if they change the towels even when they are NOT asked to and they leave the light turned on for I don’t know how many hours apparently to create a so-called “ambiance”??? |

Perfect location, views, modern and clean. The manager of the desk-office is very polite and helpful. Small free snacks in the afternoon are a real surprise and pleasant. Balkony in superior-rooms seems to be a "French balkony". This is not a balcony you can sit or stand on. This is not mentioned on the site. Only a few rooms have a real balcony, that is a terras. We were lucky to a be able to change the "balcony-room" to an available "teras-room" the second day. But if all are full, one can get very disapointed. The breakfast (not included) is expensive/chaotic. |

I like the renovated rooms which i stayed in one, also the dinning area, the only thing they need to work on is Fitness club, as you know with the amount of money that you pay to stay i think you should get a good fitness club, at the moments they have one but small and hardly have any good equepments. WOW... A great location. Across the street from the beaches, walking distances to the tram and old town. A great hotel.. Little more then i would typically spend but well worth the value!!! |

Our SV room was upgraded to junior suite with swish modern furniture, great bathroom & kept v clean. Too few hangers & storage space though. Sea view is great from room & dining room. Staff at breakfast are v attentive & breakfast selection is good (albeit expensive). Location was ideal for our family with wide range of ages (as close to beach, shops, restaurants & old town). Door on the wardrobe of our daughters' room was broken & the room reeked of of cigarettes. Their hair drier unhelpfully only worked if you manually kept button down whilst drying hair. |
