Le dimanche aucun resto's de l'hotel est ouvert...Dans le secteur c'est un peu le désert!!! Heureusem,ent qu'il existe un Coréen très acceptable à 200m.

La atencion del personal en primera recepcion en planta baja esta siendo efectuada por un hombre de unos 28 anos, es horrible su caracter y su forma de atender a un cliente!

Vista espectacular, el acceso directo al Centro Comercial y transporte es excelente.

The view is gorgeous

The hotel is old and stinky, the wall paper is coming off the moquette after years is full of dirt and the all building is very much noisy. Gin tonic 15€ at the bar far too much for what the hotel is!!!

The hotel is quite shabby especially for the price. Both public areas and guest rooms need a makeover to cover obvious wear and tear and overcome the 80's look. Room service was ghastly including a "salade Lyonnaise" that should get the cook kicked out of Lyon. My reason booking this hotel was to walk to the train station but it turned out to be a confusing trek through a mall and dingy parking areas. Not much to recommend about this hotel.

The Staff were very helpful and professional. My car was too large for the carpark so they let me leave it out the front. Although decorations were worn it was very clean.

Decor worn, could do with a refurb. Air con did not work, it seemed to just pump out warm air so it was very hot in room. It was actually cooler with it turned off!

the view from 35th floor is awesome and breakfast is one of the best one in this city, close to lyon la part deu mall which is a plus and u can take a tram in front of the hotel to the city center

The view and location are good. It's conveniently located especially if travlling by train. The room was generally clean.

Our room was extremely worn out excludin the bathroom. The standard did not reach three stars. The paint had come off from the ceiling and closet. The smell of the room was not fresh, but with a hint that it used to be a smokers room once. Maybe the hotel relies on an amazin view to distract the guests from the poor quality of the room itself. Pillows old and flat. Needs a refurbishment urgently. Also our last morning there eas no hot water! I called the reception and the answer was: "don't worry, it's problem in the whole hotel."

Good Location.

The room was not up to the 4-star standard that we had expected. The air conditioning wasn't working fully; the room was way too hot.

After reading all the other comments we found this hotel to be ok,not quite a 4star but it had everyhing we needed it.

Room condition, someway broken furniture, other way nothing changed since the tower erected 30 years ago.

The view of the Hotel is incredible, we lived in 39th floor, we love the view. And the bar on 32nd floor is nice too. good ambience. Tram 1 in front of the hotel to go to the old lyon. Shopping center Lafayette just 2 mins walk away and the train stations as well. The other thing, this building I think it's the tallest in Lyon, very nice experience. They also have free ride to station if you have a lot luggage, very nice employees.

the room was incredibly hot and the air con was useless. Unfortunately, it was bad enough to put me off staying there again, particularly in warmer months even though everything else was fine.

Very old hotel urging for refurbishment - pretty far from what I imagine 4 star hotel to represent, poor driving directions in the city - impossible to find way to hotel parking, out of city center

Overpriced. Room so noisy - with doors slamming all night. Room furniture shabby. Dodgy access through tunnel smelling of pee. You cannot manage a hotel with well meaning interns - needs professional staff. No tea/coffee in the room - just overpriced "mini bar" - 6 euros for a tiny cereal bar???

Hotel was clean and the Staff are nice and friendly. The whole place is in need of renovation and is looking a bit tired and the worse for wear. Breakfast buffet was good and hotel was adequate for our needs.

Only one pillow each and could do with a facelift.

Views were amazing.

Room was cold , heating didnt work properly. Duvet was a summer duvet, it was too thin and we were cold. Only one pillow each. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Cost 5 euros to have a cup delivered to the room by room service. Only one bathrobe in room, you have to ask if you would like one each!

Excellent views over the city and a reasonably good location for train travellers

Website directions were not accurate, suggesting it was 40 metres from station, when in fact it would be at least 500 metres. Arriving very late at night from the station did make it difficult to find as it is generally attached to a shopping mall. The hotel reception was located on the 32th floor of a very tall building. Once you found the hotel everything was fine.

I liked the close proximity to the station. But this is only a plus for a short stay.

The room was very tired, and although clean, did not make me want to get back to it after being out all day sightseeing. Also, the location as a hotel holiday, is ordinary. It's not near the sites or good shops.
