The location is excellent, view of the city from the rooms is amazing.
The rooms were extremely shabby, even after having changed my room. Reason given hotel was closing for refurbishment, had I known this prior to booking I would never have made a reservation. Very disappointed with the hotel, however the staff were very pleasant.
very nice and helpful staff. good location, just next to a shopping center and a tramway station. super view from the room.
The room were not clean stayed for 8 days, the bed sheets were never replaced for y entire stay. Towel were stained and looked used. bathroom complimentary toiletries were not replaced even once in 8 days, including soap, shampoo and tissue papers.
Location and bar/restaurant
Rooms in desperate need of updating. 1980's decor and old catode ray tube TV!
The location was good, very centrally located.
Outdated old interiour and facilities, dark rooms (not enough lighting) , the room and bathroom lacked of cleanliness. When asking for some services with reception - it was promised - but never fullfilled.
The hotel is clearly outdated. Good news, it will be com
Nice views, practical location
I was requested to pay 30% higher price than guaranteed by booking.com. No discussion was allowed. Radisson Blu never more :-(
the view is really nice.
The staff forgot to mention that we were entitled to a second room, since we paid for a superior room. We were given a standard room, so when we called and asked where the second bed was they told us they forgot to explain. We asked for then a bigger room and then got upgraded to the business room which was obviously a lot nicer. We also were told that we would get free breakfast since it comes with the room. At the checkout we were asked to pay for the breakfast (that we probably wouldn't have had if it wasn't free). We explained that it was offered to us, but the staff Rafika at reception, didn't want to hear anything, was extremely rude to us. After 10 minutes of arguying and getting the proof from another staff we finally got it for free. We were told that they were kind enough to upgrade us, etc. We were made feel very little.
- The view - The room was quite spacious - Close to the Part Dieu Station - Friendly and helpfull staff
- Shower temperature was hard to control (they offered me one free breakfast though) - Older infrastructure, badly needs renovations - The area, I had to walk through a scary tunnel with hardly any pedestrian area to reach the hotel from the trainstation. Other than that, not a lively neigboorhoud, only shoppingmalls and parking space - no safe in the room
Location and vieuws
The accomodation was outdated, renovation is higly needed
Very friendly and professional staff!!! Very good view from windows! Perfect location for business trips. The possibility for late check out!
During the breakfast no upgrade empty plate. During few days any chance to eat simple omelette and beccone if you are not going before 7 a.m. The room was too small and looked like 20 years ago renovated! TV also like antique and Chanel proposal simply terrible. The climate contrôlée was unforecactable and too noisee!!!
location and view and room size!
hotel is ageing and no shower gel nor shampoo among amenities!!
Good panoramic view over the city.
Quite worn, needs a renovation.
staff were friendly and professional. volunteered at concierge to take me to Rhone Express station in shuttle which is a nice service which is not publicised enough.
rooms were old and tired looking. heating system didn't work properly; TV did not work properly; hot water would be hot than tepid than hot again. rooms/furnishings/equipment need to be upgraded. no choice for dinner in evening except expensive restaurant; not so good for solo traveller. having to take lift up 32 floors to get to reception a bit of a pain but not a show stopper.
The view, confort overall and location
The rooms are overused renovation is more than necessary
Convenient to railway station( in fact a free shuttle service offered to station) Walking distance to city and Les Halles market and right next door to major shopping mall. Lovely views from all rooms.. Hotel starts from Floor 32,
Hotel a bit shabby and dated ( closing for refurbing soon) Lots of roadworks happening around area
Quiet room. Good views
Access to hotel. Virtually impossible on foot.
Glad that they explained ( once we arrived ) that they had an up grade 2014. Otherwise I would so dissuade anyone for staying there. Very tired.
Air conditioning very poor.
Loved the location, the room was great and enjoyed the bar.
That there was no place to eat after traveling all day. Got room service but would have enjoyed a restaurant. The restaurant on site is booked way ahead.
Location. Friendly staff. Clean.
Easy access to station, transport and shopping centre. Staff are both helpful and friendly
Swimming pool which is advertised as part of the hotel package, do not accept chilfren, and was off site by more than 10 minutes. Dissappointing as the main reason for booking was for the pool. Plugs in the rooms do not work to charge up phones etc unless the hall light and one bedroom light is on. This is a nuisssance unless you are accustommed to sleep with the light on.
bad roonm , small over price 285 euro is a joke for this small bad room. It damage the brand radisson and next time i will NOT TRUST this brand. Price for the room i had should 175 euro as biig max. Because of congress there is no place in the city so all increase it is fair but again the facilities does not much. you will redo things next year ...well all sould be change to such a level that i am curious what you can do with this....thing.
