I stayed at the new executive rooms and never felt that its executive and its not worth that amount of money even without breakfast, the rooms are too small and its just a new room but nothing like an executive floor even their is no lounge and no internet free for the customer, their is no wireless spots at the hotel no lounge in the executive rooms, no wireless internet spots, too expensive for a normal room that is called executive, not 100% clean |

Staffs are very friendly and helpful on finding restaurant and location is very good with bus route and subway stop The bedding needs to be improved and duvet should be used instead of blanket |

comfortable bed. very very noisy at night, people shouting and fight on the street in the midnight. No cattle for hot water. no free internet, too expensive for internet!! 2euro for 10Minutes!! |

We found the staff to be very pleasant. The concierage service was excellent and extremely helpful in booking shows and looking after our needs. The location of the hotel is very good, with Arc De Triomphe basically 5mins walk away and an underground station within 1 min |

I recently stayed at this hotel for New Years Eve I ask for a non smoking room and clearly got a smoking room due to the smell and the ash tray on the table. The walls by the bathroom were pealing and had massive water damage I couldn't get a different room due to "rooms being full" all I got was a sorry sir. I spent $325 for a one night stay and all I could get was a sorry sir. Never again will I stay at this hotel. |

The chamber maids are entering the room every morning .There are no do not disturb signs available.It is possible to enter the room from outside even if the internal locking system is turned on. |

The entrance was most inviting - and the location suited us perfectly. The bedroom was lacking in style. Indeed, I was dismayed that normal TV viewing required a subscription! Also, the bedroom/bathroom was only cleaned once during our 3-day stay and we had to request clean towels on day-2. |

Staff was very kind especially the girl Mathilda which I personally liked (the white one - you have two on reception white and black). We need to repeat couple of time in order to our shits be replaced and our room cleaned. We had stay 3 nights in your hotel and only the day before we left our room was cleaned. The main hall interior of hotel wasn't futuristic as it was on the internet pictures. |

Estar en paris. At check in, they gave us 3 times a wrong room (last one with stuff from other people). Parking facilities are awfull. The valet service was bad, and parking facilites are not accurate with a hotel like this. The jazzclub is more a scorts bar. Really we spected more about this hotel. |

Public areas in the hotel were very nice and staff were friendly, however breakfast was very expensive. Bar closed very early and no residents bar. Also there was no door on the bathroom. |

The hotel is very good located, stylish modern design, comfortable rooms The staff at the reception! They charge extra money for nothing, do not return deposits, very slow check-in. I'd recommend to the hotel manager to fix it urgently |
