I adore this hotel because of it s " jazzy" ,international ambience - as I am a big fun of jazz it s great pleasure to have one of the nicest jazz clubs in Paris on the groundfloor.Location is just great ! ( from cdg is 20-30 min by bus which stops in front of the hotel.)- that is big plus ! Nice music in elevator...well Very nice staff at the reception - exept of one .Many shops around the hotel, restaurants, Rue de Ternes on the right where are really nice places " to spend money" First of all Hotel is overrated and overpriced .Secondly I would love to say that all was perfect-really I would love, if it would be!. Check in was too long - instead "my" room ( quiet, silent in the night, with japaneese view -which I asked about) I got upgrated room which was like in a " sauna " - hot and sticky- I came to reception to change it - I would't say,the lady WASnot nice - I would say she was rude and unkind .. lady who is probably in this hotel not a long time as I have not seen her before never. After looooooooong , inadmissible ,ABSURD,discusion about aircon, windows - she got to be ungry ,rude, sarcastic.SEDENLY She disapeared &cameback after good 10 min with supervisor .Ladies starded to speak in french not in english in front of me ...For me seemed that she did nt know how to change room in a system and she did nt know that I do understand french.hmm.For her it was strange that I want to change a room-She did nt make even minimum to make me feel welcome.Just immature lady.I Told her that she is not kind at all... People in a lobby was looking all the scene with desaprobata . no more COMENTS.Internet is 19 euros per 24 h- In a 21st century ? internet is not included -shame ! No tea and coffee facielities in a room - shame !Windows open only for 15 cm -I dont understand why-it is absurd even for security reasons - hotels is only 7 floors hight.NO Fitness in a hotel .

Location was very convenient. The Airport shuttle drops you off right in front of the hotel Very busy hotel. You have to queue to check in. I got into the room; the minibar / fridge was locked. It took them an hour to send somebody to unlock it; and therefore, to get a bottle of water.

Close locations to the Arc De Triomphe and metro as well. A lot of different services in hotel. Good famous jazz club on the 1st floor. Many nice restaurants and cafes in the area. I had "Deluxe Room" and Executive Room - very nice! Will return there again. expensive breakfast in the buffet - 28 Euro per person. I prefered to have a breakfast in restaurants and cafes

That it was a Starwoods hotel I did not like the check-out process. Morning check-out is when most people leave, and yet the staff at reception desk was a bear minimum.

cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms dreadful beds that have mattresses that are way beyond use by date! both the childrens connecting room bed and our bed were hollowed out in the middle making for an uncomfortable nights sleep for our family. Lines was clean and crisp however!

The location is very convenient. Close to Paris landmarks, shops etc. Also the general condition of the building, public places, rooms etc is quite good. It is a bit impersonal as it is a very big hotel. Also breakfast way too expensive for what it is in terms of quality and selection.

I like the location, the staff and the room. I didn't like the cleanliness of your room, every day I had to ask for soap, shampoo and even paper for the bathroom. I didn't like the way they charge the internet. It was so expensive and you only can use one computer for each room in the price.

Room service was good and staff very nice. I forgot my passport in my room and the staff was very helpful bringing it at the airport within 45 minutes the day of my departure, I was close to miss my flight and thanks to the "Gouvernante" and concierge I was able to make it. The room was not very clean, I even found an empty bottle of wine in a drawer. Glasses I used the night before were not removed from the room.

the valet service is excellent and they really take care of your car . It is incredible that the service outside is better than the inside. Please do not propose extra beds , they are really uncomfortable and can provocate back problems .My daughter is still complaining about her back , I might take her to see a doctor.
