the location is good. the value for money is good. the spa service is good.

the long time it takes for checking in and out. i followed the express check out, but I received an additional fee for 26.8 euros for "I do not know what?!". I still did not receive my invoice by e-mail.

Have stayed at this hotel over 25 tinmes so very knowledgeable about its upsides and downsides. Perfect hotel for the business traveler. One major weakness is the long wait at reception to check in. This occurs every time that I stay there but location, staff, and quality of hotel outweigh this negative.

The location near the Metro and plenty of choice of restaurants nearby.

Location is very strategic. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Very accomodative. Staff are not judgemental when we speak English to them.

No coffee and tea facility. Coffee quality at the coffee machine is bad. No kettle hence it makes it difficult when travel with young children. Complementary water was only provided for 3 days for 7 day-stay.

We were upgraded to a very comfortable room in a quiet location

There were no details in our room of where or when breakfast was served.On the one day we went for breakfast we went in and paid €29 each at 10.20 and they started removing all the food at 10.30. We complained and the staff were very helpful in getting us what we needed.

Nothing much over priced, lobby very tired.

Over priced, staff not the most helpful, will not use this hotel again, very disappointed with Le Meridan.

The rooms weren't bad. The location is great. It was near a lot of restaurants and shopping.

The staff. Some were extremely unfriendly. They took forever finding our reservations and at the first not apologetic at all. They missed up our bills and it took forever to check out. We had a very bad experience with most of the staff!

The place was very clean and well located. 100 m to metro, restaurants, laundrette, shopping centre very close by. Staff very friendly.

The expensive charges for television and wifi connection. We had two rooms which connection was free in one.

We enjoyed our stay for four nights in your hotel and felt it was in a good location. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

We missed not having tea/coffee making facilities in our room.

I have now stayed three times at this Hotel and cannot fault the staff or service. However, the bathroom was great, the room was quiet (once the people in the interconnecting room had gone to sleep), and the breakfast is to die for! Location is excellent too. However for the puposes of location for my trip I will stay there again and hope next time to experience the newer rooms.

I seem to be unlucky in never being allocated these apparently impressive refurbished rooms. Once again I was allocated an original room, very cluttered with depressing dark furniture and lamps needing a coat of paint. The curtain was difficult to pull as it had come off its hooks. No safe in the room and also all instructions have to be found via the TV menu system which is very tedious particularly at 3am when trying to find out how to cool down the room! There was quite a lot of noise coming from the room next door through the interconnecting door. Very slow check-out with overnight arrivals checking in and getting priority, and staff due to come on duty at 7.30am checking their watches from behind their counters before opening up!

windows in the room have to be changed..they do dot insulate at all and the doors to the bathroom and WC...they are so cheap and look shabby

Location is very good for my trip, staff is very friendly and effecient The fittness center is very good

the room was smaller than I expected, since I bought a deluxe room... Also the bed was in the way that caused my leg to get hurt each time I walk in the room! Although the fittness center was very good, it is outside the hotel, which is not good for us after we finish our exercise that we go out in the cold to get back to the hotel... we may get sick!

The room was attractive and clean. The standaard of food in the restaurants was excellent.

The prices of the mini bar are ridiculously high. Breakfast is also very expensive.

Room service did not answer telephone. Service a bit slow in bar/restuarant.

Super location. Good services and prices when there is an offer. Visit Jazz club. It's really nice.

Great location, would suggest coffee bar in morning for guests not interested in buffet as conference coffee shops open late

It is a very central and practical hotel; easy access to the different main loctions of the city. I liked the staff who are very friendly and helpful, ready to assist and to make your stay pleasant. We have asked for the repair of an item in the room and it was done so quickly.

Room cleanliness was not good.

The hotel was very nicely designed and specially the room was too good. it was very comfortable and i was happy with everything it had too offer. the location was also very good and was very near a metro station and also to the champs elysees.
