受付、コンシエルジュの対応はは非常に良かったが、部屋の管理がなっていなかった。バスタブの栓は使えなかった。常にバスタブを掃除していたらわかったはず。パリの二つ星では当たり前のことだが、四つ星のホテルとしては？ 7日間滞在したが、ほとんど清掃した形跡がなかった。最後の日、クロークはわたゴミだらけだった。夫婦で宿泊したが、バスローブは1着だけ、ワイングラスは2日から1個だけになっていた。アメニティーで置いてあった綿棒も使った後、補充がなかった。このホテルは3回目だが、ひどい！！ |

凱旋門やシャンゼリゼ通りにも近く、便利な場所にある。receptionに日本人の人がいて、とても助かった。部屋もきれいで、とても快適であった。 シャワーのホースから水が漏れて、シャワーの際に困った。 |

パリのMeridienはその部屋（Club President)とサービスの点であまりに割高でスタッフの対応が悪い。 15時チェックイン時に部屋がない。部屋の準備を待つため荷物を特別な部屋にあずかると言いながら、あずける部屋スペースがないので、ロビーに荷物があふれかえっている。クラブプレジデントの部屋、一泊２７５ユーロにしては荷物を置く場所もないくらい狭い部屋。 |

ロケーションは、学会場の前だし、地下鉄1号線の近くなので、便利でした。また、近くにおいしいレストランも多く、高級スーパーもあるので、良かったです。ホテルとしては可もなく、不可もなく、というところです。 |

支払い後に気付いたが、なぜか利用しなかったミニバーが都合3回７．８０ ｘ３＝２３・４Ｅｕｒｏが加算されていた。 到着の夜、室内電話が故障していた。室内の照明の傘がかなり汚れていた。またドアの室内からのロックのバーが壊れたいた。いづれもレセプションに報告済。団体のビジネス客が多く、個人、とくに観光客には不適に思えた。 |

前日に電話で改装工事未完了につきモンパルナスのメリディアンに変更して欲しいいとの連絡あり、不便にはなるが同一料金なので同意。 モンパルナスのメリディアンでチェックインの直後でホテル前でバイクのひったくりに鞄を盗られた。ホテルによれば前例のない事件とのこと。 ついてない。 |

booking.comサイトには、『朝食込み ：テラスでのビュッフェ ルームサービスをご利用になれます』と書いてあったので、ルームサービスを利用したら、料金を別途請求された。納得いかないので抗議したら、マネージャーが出てきて請求を取りやめてくれたが、キャッシャーの担当の態度は「払ってもらうしかない」という感じで最悪であった。Booking.comの説明も不適切。 |

Great location. Not far from Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysses. Very close to airport bus drop-off point (Ryanair/Beauvais) and Metro station. Some OK restaurants nearby. Staff were very pleasant and had good English. We had a "classic" room - i.e., not yet renovated. It was a little dated and worn, but was clean and quiet (and a little cheaper). |

the hotel was very close to the metro station and to restuarants, so was in a great location.I would recommend this hotel to other tourists as a good central place to stay where the rooms were of good size. Also very handy for catching the shuttle to the airport. |

Very pleasant staff and good food. The hotel was clean at all times. Also, the hotel is surrounded by excellent shopping facilities and is within reach of good transport. Although there is a strict no smoking policy, some people were smoking in their rooms and this smoke was being distributed by the air conditiong system which we detected in room 1102..Some people were also leaning out of the window at the rear of the hotel and smoking. |

The hotel is very nice, the staff excellent, and the rooms fantasitic. We were upgraded two categories (as I have a starwoods rewards membership) so I room was great. The metro is only a couple minute walk away and easily connect to all the main sites. There is also a bike rental station just outside the hotel if you prefer to ride to the many sites in the city. Nothing I can think of...I would certainly stay here again. |
