God service og meget god informasjon vedrørende våre spørsmål, både om byen og metroen. De ga oss også utmerket service i forbindelse med tur til Disneyland. |

Rommet var i grei størrelse, likeså badet. Internasjonal atmosfære og hotellet ligger sentralt til, spesielt om du flyr via Orly. Et lite minus, prisene i minibaren var "way off". Litt bedre rengjøring, se på minibar prisene, Litt tregt i utsjekking. Bruk alle kassene, ser litt rart ut medlang kø og tomme kasser. |

Good location, close to important historicals objects. I was charged for the room before I even get to it for all days - It was really strange, first time in my life. The room was small and the toilet´s flush was so noisy, that it hurted my ears (especially during night time!). The bed, even it was for 2 persons was only for one, because there was a depression in the middle of it... |

Good comfortable hotel, good location The staff is awful! We used to stay often at the hotel, almost every time the people at the reception offer cheaper rooms than booked, would return money only after long quarrel. |

Great location, easy airport transportation, nice fragrance in the lobby, helpful staff Internet way too expensive. It should be complimentary. |

Good location, excellent access to restaurants, conference centre, metro and a park close by for walks, runs etc. No gym facilities, expensive extras like wifi, breakfast, etc. |

Nice modern rooms. If you working in your room and have the "do not disturb" sign at the door, the cleaning staff constantly keeps knokking on the door and even trying to come in before you have the time to open the door. |

comfortable,relaxing,enjoiable,near to city centre&congress,sense of familiarities,sorry,ididnt hear about the spa first the room booked by internet was in the first floor,very noisy,we didnt sleep the first night,second the coffe machine was broken,there was no cups for the ice,anyhow,the lady in reception was very generous to give us a very nice room in 4th floor,i feel it is not good to book by internet!! |

location and value for money were key attributes there was no kettle in teh room nor in the entire hotel. we needed hot water for making some formula milk and each time had to call room service for this which then levied a charge. There should at least be a few kettles which can be provided to guests with young children, on request. |

The hotel's staff are professional and friendly. The Safety deposit box in my room was out of order and for compensation, my room was upgraded at no charge. |
