Service My room was booked for the Presidential floor and I was told upon check in that the the floor could not accommodate my child and that I would get a room on another floor...it took 2 hours before we got the room. I got charged twice for the room upon check out....I'm in the process of working it out with the hotel. |

Resturant food was good When we checked in, there was a long line to check in. There was only one person at the desk and we had to wait about 20-30mins before we could be seen. For a 4 star hotel that was poor service. Also ongoing construction work woke us up early. Very expensive hotel for the service they provide, more like 3 star. |

The breakfast arrangements are cramped, the selection of food is poor and the breakfast plates are far too small. It makes a good hotel look cheap. |

New room designs No hot water kettle to make tea/coffee in the room. No comlimentary drinks i.e. water/juice/cafe/tea in the room. Rooms are very small. |

The room is very comfort, the variety of channels on tv, ventilate of the room. The smell of the carpet of the room, I chose not smoker but the carpet smelled cigarette. |

very little I did not appreciate the way the staff treated me, i was staying there for one night with my boyfriend for my birthday, the staff looked down upon us and treated us like kids. They made it very difficult for us to understand our room situation as they switched between speaking french and english and were very impatient with us when we didnt understand. |

There is one thing I want to complain, the first night I ask for hot pot of water for my medication, they brought it and the second night they charge me 4 euro for the hot water. I think is rediculous where is the service. |

when we arrived and checked into the room we found human waste on the door frame which took unitl midnight to get it cleaned after numerous requests- i feel that this was totally unnaxcceptable and i await a response to my email to the hotel on this. |
