Old hotel in a very central location. Room was clean and staff polite. Early check in and late check out allowed for more time than average to use the room. There was a very strong smell of food in the reception. Need to open the windows more. |

The manager/owner and his staff speak English and were very helpful and cared about our satisfaction. The location is an easy walk from the train station and convenient to the historic sites in Rouen. The beds need new mattresses. (We still slept well.) |

The owner of the hotel was very helpful when I asked him for directions to various locations (out of Rouen). He spoke very good English and was warm and friendly. The room got a little cold as the radiator didn't seem to be working. However this was promptly resolved by the owner who provided us with a small, portable radiator. Definitely appreciated the initiative. |

Le fait que l'hôtel est prêt de la gare ferroviaire et du centre ville ce qui permet de pouvoir aller au cœur de Rouen sans utiliser les transports en commun mais l'hôtel est également proche des arrêts de bus et métro ce qui permet d'aller facilement a l'éxtérieur de la ville. |
