Lensotel  

The friendly staff! The excellent breakfast, with local newspapers to read and freshly squeezed oj. The big double bed. The restaurant. The lawns outside the windows.

Dilapidated façade that you see first but which turns out not to be that of the hotel itself. The hotel entrance is to the left side of the building. The surroundings in a retail park north of Lens are not very attractive.

Extremely commmitted staff (owner and her husband take largely care of you themselves); superbe food and wine;

Good breakfast, comfortable bed

Room was cold. Radiator just painted - incredible smell in the room.

Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Almost everything, I'm having mobility problems, asked the reception for a room close to the reception area, they assigned me a room (luxury class, the most expensive type) as far away as possible from the reception, dining area. There is no designated parking for handicapped. Food was not particularly good and very expensive for what it was, breakfast very poor quality, other restaurant service ok. General impression of the hotel was a sloppy organitzation, needs overhaul, plumbing and people.

we booked so that on our last day the kids could use the pool. it was filfthy, leaves , dirt, black, not cared for and would not let our kids near it who was very much looking forward to a swim.

There is a very nice restaurant, but it is also very busy as locals like it as well, better to reserve a table beforehand

My Tom Tom could not locate the hotel, my Tom Tom sent me to a dead end street. The hotel is also not located in a street with a name but in the "centre commercial" where streets have no name. It was my first time visit to the hotel and at 23:00 it was really difficult to find it without a Tom Tom knowing where to locate it

Vriendelijk personeel, ruime en nette kamer, verzorgd ontbijt. Nieuw indrukwekkend museum Louvre-Lens op 2km

tuin en buitenaanzicht: matig. hotel ligt in een commercieel centrum, omgeven door grote winkelketens

De comfort kamer is ok. De standaard is wel erg standaard en ergens achterin het hotel. Bed was goed en ontbijt is ook goedl. Mensen zijn vriendelijk.

Hotel moeilijk te vinden en ligt op een groot centre comercial. Typisch hotel voor één nacht, waarbij je aan de kwaliteit niet zulke hoge eisen stelt.

Locatie

Dicht bij Louvre -Lens Daarom was de locatie voor ons uitstekend

La qualité de l'accueil, la gentillesse du nord, la propreté et l'équipement de la chambre, le calme pour dormir.

La difficulté à trouver au milieu d'une zone commerciale et sans adresse... Mais une fois qu'on y est on ne regrette pas !

Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées, à tel point que nous entendions toute la conversation des personnes de la chambre voisine, et que nous avons été réveillés plusieurs fois dans la nuit. Je trouve cela très limite par rapport au prix que l'on paye (99 euros sans petit déjeuner), surtout que l'hotel était pratiquement vide et que toutes les personnes ont été installées au même endroit... Aucun produit d'accueil (ni café, ni eau ou autre) ni de produits de toilette... Nous étions pourtant dans un hôtel 3 étoiles

Le Logement

La cuisine : manque de finesse. N'est pas au niveau du logement.

L'hôtelier a spontanément donné une chambre avec vue sur le jardin plutôt que celle qui était réservée au départ automatiquement

- Chauffage non réglable pat thermostat; - pas d'aération possible sans ouvrir la porte-fenêtre; -cuisine complètement dépassée en cas d'affluence; -petit-déjeuner trop coûteux compte tenu du niveau de qualité proposé

Le restaurant est à la hauteur de sa réputation sur le guide Michelin. Le jardin sur cour intérieure de l'établissement.

L'écran tv de 20 pouces. L'accès aux chambres peut se faire par une entrée secondaire, non filtrée par la réception, gênant pour la sécurité dans un établissement tout en rez de jardin.

Der Empfang, das Personal unkompliziert und freundlich.Das Abendessen und das Frühstücksbüffet, großzügig und mit frischen Produkten. Alles in allem sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wegbeschreibung. Die Adresse lässt sich nicht in GPS eingeben. Die auf booking.com angegebene Karte ist nutzlos.

Le personnel très accueillant et très arrangeant et l 'ensemble hôtelier très agréable

La salle de bains un peu vieillissante dans notre chambre standart.
