The hotel staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Provided outstanding service with a smile. The hotel is modern, new and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. The location is excellent close to the train station and a short walk to the Old Town. |

Enjoyable and easy stay, very close to the old town and very quiet. The room was comfortable, clean and recently furnished in a modern style - and the white toweling dressing gown was a luxury as were the complimentary toiletries. My partner really appreciated the little balcony for a private smoke without the need to leave the hotel. The car park was charged at 12 Euros a day, which for a city center was reasonable, but not made clear in the details. |

The room was a good size, tastefully decorated and quiet (despite being street facing). The hotel is also well located to the centre, restaurants etc. Hotel staff were helpful. There is a good amount of information on Annecy and the area provided in the room. |

Helpful to have parking available within the hotel (even if at 12 euros a day quite expensive). Clean, very modern hotel with excellent air conditioning in the room. Friendly reception staff. Air conditioning was not switched on in the breakfast area when it needed to be. Other than that, no negatives. |
