Good location for walking to central town areas. Very difficult to navigate via car to the hotel - one way streets, bus only lanes, no turn intersections, etc. Underground parking garage is very small and tight to navigate. |

The location is fine though not superb. The hotel is well-designed and clean. The room was much too small for the price paid (and for a 4-star hotel), although the availability of a private and large balcony compensated this to some extent. Hardly any possibility to work in the room (no desk provided, no space either). Street-side rooms have to cope with some noise produced by cafe visitors and diesel buses/trucks at night and in early morning. Generally, the hotel is much too expensive for what it has to offer. |

It is a good hotel for young and healthy people who do not need assistance with their luggage, have no intention to tour the city, do not need recommendations for restaurants or any other services. Fits business people which come to the city on a regular basis. The staff was very unhelpful. The only thing they do is keep your key for the room. We paid 486 Euro for 2 days of B&B with parking for what I think is a three stars hotel with no service for tourists. |

Well designed hotel in a perfect location very close to the lake and the city centre. Garage directly underneath with hotel access. Perfect hotel for a short stay in Annecy. Very much recommendable. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Provided outstanding service with a smile. The hotel is modern, new and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. The location is excellent close to the train station and a short walk to the Old Town. |

Enjoyable and easy stay, very close to the old town and very quiet. The room was comfortable, clean and recently furnished in a modern style - and the white toweling dressing gown was a luxury as were the complimentary toiletries. My partner really appreciated the little balcony for a private smoke without the need to leave the hotel. The car park was charged at 12 Euros a day, which for a city center was reasonable, but not made clear in the details. |

The room was a good size, tastefully decorated and quiet (despite being street facing). The hotel is also well located to the centre, restaurants etc. Hotel staff were helpful. There is a good amount of information on Annecy and the area provided in the room. |

Le spa et la déco et situation géographique sont très bien Je trouve qu'il manque de quoi se raffraichir dans les chambre car il n'ya même pas une bouteille d'eau au prix de la chambre ! Et le socle pour maintenir la paume de douche était cassé. |

j'ai trouvé que, pour un hotel moderne donc récent, l'isolation par rapport aux bruits de la rue Sommelières était mauvaise. La chambre 24 est particulièrement bruyante. Cela tient sans doute à sa facade métallique. |
