This is a really lovely hotel, well-designed, in a peaceful countryside location, about 15 minutes South of Nimes. We enjoyed drinks by the large pool and good, large buffet breakfasts. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is just far enough away from Nimes and other towns that it was inconvenient to find another place for dinner. The hotel serves a set menu dinner for 25 euros, 3 courses, but they do not announce the menu in advance! The food may be excellent, but we didn't try it , partly because my husband is not very adventurous (doesn't like lamb or duck for example). So, we had our main meal at noon in Nimes or Aigues- Mortes, and bought sandwiches and fruit to eat for dinner by the pool or in our room.

We enjoyed the fact that parking was free, the room was comfortable and quiet. The service was very good. Restaurant meals were very good also.

Le Pre Galoffre is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. It is out in the country surrounded by beautiful trees, it is stunning. We had planned to stay a week but we were not used to driving in France and could not find our way back into Nimes. We became very frustrated and returned our rental car after 3 days and went back to Paris and the metro! Other then that we truely enjoyed our vist there and would recommend it to anyone.

There was absolutely nothing about the hotel itself that we did not like. Our problem was we kept getting lost and couldn't find our way back into Nimes which we wanted to use as a hub to visit other places in the area.

Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant good was not just good it was great!

No changing area next to pool, well I couldn't find one. On Morning of departure the water was turned off for plumbing work

The room was clean.

Very, very difficult to locate. They have no address which makes it even more difficult. There is a set menu - no choices - just one. You eat poolside, which would be fine except for the bugs which left welts all over my arms and legs even though I wore long sleeved pants and shirt. During dinner service, they ran out of salmon and served my husband and I mullet over watery peas and chunks of overcooked potatoes disgusting! I could have forgiven it if they didn't try to pass it off without even saying a word to us. It may seem like a bargain - but it isn'T. Save yourself - don't go here!!

The staff was excellent and very helpful, regardless of whether they understood/spoke English well. Grounds relaxing. Pool nice. Breakfast good. Room small, but clean.

We would definitely stay there again if we returned to Nimes.

The English like their tea and a kettle would be welcomed.

Das Hotel ist zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Schöne, saubere Zimmer. Abgeschirmter Pool. Nettes Personal, das auch gut Deutsch kann. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück.

J'avais réservé la dernière chambre pour le jour même et à notre arrivée l'hôtel était complet, mauvaise surprise, mais la réceptionniste a tout de même réussi à nous trouver une chambre. Chambre très propre, joliment décorée, une baignoire, une porte fenêtre donnant directement accès au jardin et au pré voisin, un chat très familier est même venu nous tenir compagnie ! Attention, la literie est plutôt dure, mais personnellement j'aime bien, c'est une question de goût.

Rideaux du lit qui sentent la poussière, aspirateur le matin dans les étages dès 10h.

Tres bon accueil, personnel à votre service et disponible. Le petit dejeuner est un point fort.

L'isolation des pieces, il faut absolument faire quelque chose.

La situation près de la ville mais en dehors de l'agitation urbaine. L'ambiance "vieux mas restauré" Le parking aisé, la wif fi efficace

Le lit beaucoup trop mou, la douche qui ne dispose pas d'un mitigeur thermostatique, la vue de la fenêtre de ma chambre au rez de chaussée: un mur !!!
