We love this hotel, having stayed twice before. This time we stayed for our wedding anniversary and the staff went out of their way to obtain some chocolates from the fantastic chocolatier over the road which they put in our room! We enjoyed a bottle of wine from the minibar and they also refused to take payment for that! It's in a great location for central Paris, and in December it is a super cosy haven from the cold weather.
Lighting in the bathroom could be better. The option to have a kettle and cups and teabags in the room would be good.
Great personal service. Excellent location. Clean, comfortable and quiet.
I don't normally find the time to write reviews but as I work in the restaurant business I know how important it is to review when credit is due! I can't praise this hotel enough. Firstly it was in the perfect location, right on Rue St Honore, a 20 second walk from some of the best shopping that Paris has to offer. Secondly the rooms are perfectly positioned, with very pretty decoration and the right amenities one would expect from this size and priced hotel. Everything worked, everything was immaculate and clean, lovely white fluffy towels, nice products in the shower etc. We stayed in rooms 201 and 203 and all of us had good nights sleeps. There was good storage and the heating and AC all worked. We even found 5 minutes to put on the TV and listen to some French MTV - always a must. There was also a bluetooth speaker system which we connected easily with our iphones and we spent time dancing away in the room. The wifi was speedy and logged us in automatically each time we returned to the hotel. HOWEVER, the greatest charm of this little treasure of a hotel was meeting Jerome and Jean Charles who were very kind, accommodating and helpful. They knew our names instantly and made a point of using them which is really impressive to remember 4 giggling girls' names each time they walked into the hotel . Nothing was too much to ask and it was so nice returning to the hotel and each time feeling so welcomed. I have been visiting Paris for 10 years or so and have stayed in some 5* hotels and I have to say the personal welcome and service at Le Relais St Honore was 10 times better. Don't be put off by the small rooms, you're in Paris and won't spend much time in them!
This hotel was located near upscale shops and outdoor cafes. Two blocks from the Seine, a hardy but pleasant walking distance from Notre Dame, Le Tour Eiffel and the Louvre. Accomodations were impeccable, service was topnotch. Room was small but comfortable and decorated with care. Bathroom was large and spotless.
Fantastic location at the most interesting side of St. Honoré with all the wine bars and interesting restaurants. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions on places to visit. The rooms were very clean and, although a little on the smallish side, they were still very comfortable.
St. honoré can get a little noisy at times especially early in the morning during rubbish collection.
Young man daytime staff Jerome was nice and helpful definitely more of a two star hotel than a three
Rude staff unhelpful. Noise level aweful no ac but couldn't keep windows open dur to restaurant downstairs open till 5 am.
Excellent staff Clean functional accommodation Fantastic location Everything we wanted.
good location, clean room, kind and polite staff.
I couldn't find anything.
Small quaint hotel with Lovely typical French decor. Great central location.
Tiny room with no space to really sit except on the bed. No outlook or aspect from window.
Loved the staff - personalised service-- room and location
The hotel is with in walking distance to all the major attractions, shopping and restaurants. It is small and very charming. The staff is wonderful and are eager to make the stay in Paris as smooth as possible
The hotel is on a busy street and since Paris stays up late and wakes early, it can make for a peaceful late morning sleep elusive. However, that is the price you pay to be in the heart of Paris.
Attractively decorated with a very comfortable bed. Central location. Jerome was extremely welcoming when we arrived.
Typically with Parisian hotels the room was very tight for space and there was nowhere convenient for our two cases. We found it a challenge to find a decent value for money restaurant close by.
Very noisy front room
Being greeted by name on arrival at this centrally located, very smart yet small hotel. A pleasure to stay there as the staff, and in the particular the manager, went out of their way to be as helpful and welcoming as possible. Very highly recommended.
Loved this hotel! Quaint and very private. Location is excellent. Close to the Louvre, Tuilleries and nearest metro all within walking distance. Special mention to Jerome who greets us everytime. Nice personal touch.
Only news channels are english. No other English channel option. Few toiletries no conditioner and extra soap.
Beautiful little boutique hotel in the centre of Paris. Very friendly. Close to good restaurants, the metro and within easy walking distance of many attractions
Wonderful hotel with very helpful staff! Very close to the city centre! Would stay again!
The staff were superb and always willing to help us make reservations, find restaurants, provide directions which made our trip that much better since neither of us spoke French. A special thanks to Jerome who was always greeted us with a smile and was a great help.
At the doorstep of Paris, clean and spacious rooms
Very comfortable beds, great wifi, air conditioning worked well. Very nice staff. Room ready just afternoon was a BIG help.
Some very noisy construction was going on, started just after eight In the morning. It was so loud it was impossible to sleep. We were not told that there would be construction, nor even told what the noise was until asked. Very poor!
Attention to detail in rooms and lobby Location to many of the main attractions Professionalism of staff and willingness to help Maintained to a high standard
friendly staff, great location.
Fantastic location and really helpful and lovely staff. Our room was a great size and comfortable beds. Would definately book again on my next trip to Paris.
Fantastic location, great hotel with small number of rooms, staff very helpful and friendly, wonderful room with a view of the street with double-glazing to cut down the noise
