Hôtel Le Richebourg  

The rooms were large and comfortable and the bathroom was large. The hotel was very close to Nuits St George a cute little town for shopping and eating. I would recommend the hotel.

The restaurant was closed and breakfast was 16 euro per person. We passed on breakfast and drove to Nuits St George. Our room was supposed to have a vineyard view but because of the trees you could see a few vines. The hotel has a very small back yard. The pictures make it appear that they have lots of land behind the hotel. Also I would not reserve a parking spot. There is a lot for parking across from the hotel.

The Spa, location and the helpful staff.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed which we were very disappointed about as we had had a wonderful dinner there before and were expecting the same this trip.

Staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Restaurant an absolute delight. Comfy beds with decent soft pillows and nice touches in the nicely designed bathrooms.

Good breakfast and parking facilities. Big bathroom.

There were pests in the bed of my daughter (Standard room)

It is very elegant and the rooms modern and classy.

The website and other info said the dining room was not open on Sunday Night. However it was and it would have been helpful to know that in advance. The main dishes we had for the evening meal were disappointingly tasteless and uninteresting and did not match up to the style and price of the hotel or the standard of cuisine we had experienced elsewhere in hotels of similar quality.

Excellent service, clean, staff very helpful, large room well furnished, excellent breakfast, gourmet restaurant, nice spa

No pool, hammam/jacuzzi/sauna area was very small but clean and lovely. It just got too crowded.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent food, nice view, Andy gave us many tips to see and for me the tip on the castle with the airplane and Abarth cars was the best! The restaurant he recommended in Beaune was superb and not expensive. It is a 4 star hotel with 5 star employees! Parking in front is free of charge. Nicely decorated rooms and best shower we ever experiencend. We did not try the restaurant, but room service was great.

Limited tv programs, no Bloomberg or cnbc, I miss this for a 4 star hotel.

Great location near the autoroute. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and wonderful bathroom. The restaurant is getting better every time i stay.

A bit trite but I am surprised that a hotel of this international standard does not have international channels on the television.

It was well located for what we were looking for. We also wanted a luxurious hotel that was not too large - the Richebourg fitted the bill exactly!

We felt that prices were a little steep - particularly for the breakfast.

Further away from Nuits St Georges town than it appeared on the map. Definitely requires driving.

部屋は広く清潔で、ベランダも広く快適でした。（雨だったので出ませんでしたが） 受付の方も感じがよかったです。

レストランが休みなのは残念でした。 あとエキストラベッドに３５ユーロ取っちゃうのはちょっと・・・。

La chambre prestigieuse : spacieuse, équipée, silencieuse, terrassse immense privée et équipée (parasol, fauteuils + coussins, table,...), l'accés libre et facile au spa, l'excellent petit-déjeuner avec jus d'orange extra frais dans une salle à manger agréable et très claire.

La communication. Y a t'il un directeur (ou directrice) ????? Si oui, c'est qui ? Il manque une âme et une stabilité et fidélité des contacts. Le personnel change continuellement (en 6 nuits !)... en pause, en repos, jour de congé..., pas de réels échanges... mais très poli (un peu formaté !)... Une note positive pour le jeune sommelier... sympatique. Vélos lourds et non-révisés, donc en mauvais état, loués pour une somme de 20€ la demi-journée !!! sans en être avertis et sans conseil de parcours... (Prestation non-facturée suite à notre réclamation !). Par la suite, vélos loués 17€ la journée partout en Bourgogne ! pour découvrir et apprécier le canal. L'accueil au restaurant --> complet 3 soirs sur 6 malgrè une salle à manger clairsemée mais on nous signale une réduction du personnel, et un chef en cuisine qui ne peut prendre plus de tables et pourtant la 3ème semaine d'août ! Mais très bons repas.
