Nearly unable to have evening meal despite being a resident; unacceptably luke-warm "hot" water both evening and morning; no offer to help with luggage. In summary product offering nowhere near matched promotional literature in hotel of a home from home. |

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We like the food quality for dinner. The breakfast selection were excellent. The staff were friendly and courteous. We liked the Spa and the Sauna/Hammam facilities. It added some alternative things to do. None. I did not read the guests reviews about this hotel on your website. |

It was clean, neatly designed, not gorgeous but nice Unique touches. It was quiet but not stuffy. The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and friendly. Just that the restaurant was closed at times, but the staff did try to make up for it with snack plates. |

the reception staff was friendly, the room was big and clean the dinner service was slow and the food not very good for the price. The spa area wasnt very welcoming it being very dark and busy. The room was nice but too much for the money. |

large room, friendly staff, good location to visit the Cote d'or. before our arrival, we had scheduled a tour to wineries, but when we got there, we learned that the tour hasn`t been reserved for us, so we had to wait one more day to take it. We didn't like the food of the hotel restaurant. It was kind of pretentious, but actually had no good taste. |

The proximity of vineyards, availability of wine tasting and opportunities to buy fine wines and discover why the area is responsible for producing the best wines in France we hadn't appreciated how expensive this area of France was - but that was not the fault of the hotel! |

Very clean and modern and the service and staff were excellent. Very friendly. Excellent location for a visit to Burgundy Although the food was generally excellent, it was sometimes a bit too elaborate |

The view from the terrace was lovely. The room, bed and bathroom were very nice. The dinner was a set course, so if you do not like something you don't have a choice. The portions were a little small, but food was very good. They have good and safe outdoor parking. No need to pay for the garage. |

The space in the Prestige Terrace room; the lovely terrace with a 2 seater, armchair and sun-lounger (and enough space for a toddler to run around safely); the modern bathroom; really comfortable bed; fluffy towels, slippers and robes; the free internet access and Wifi access; the peaceful surroundings; and the friendly staff. The breakfast price was a bit expensive. We opted for breakfast in our room which was 18 Euros per person (a birthday treat). Even though the breakfast was tasty, the price was a little excessive for what you got. A buffet breakfast in the restaurant would have been 16 Euros per person and the simple breakfast of coffee, juice and croissants was 9 Euros. However, if on a restricted budget, the local Carrefour or Intermarche supermarkets (5-10min drive) have plenty of choice to take away. |

I enjoyed breakfast buffet, the very clean room, the relaxing atmosphere of a "soin visage" and the kindness of the staff. When we arrived on Thursday the hotel was far from fully booked, I think only 3 or 4 rooms were taken. Maybe the management should offer reduced prices during the week to attract people. |

Very nice and the building looked very "Bourgogne" from the outside but the inside was international and very kind staff. And your locked up garage was a plus. |

La position centrale pour qui veut faire "la route des grands crus", et visiter les Hospices de Beaune Le petit déjeuner à 16 euros est beaucoup trop cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé |

The Hotel de la Paix is located in the very heart of historic Burgundy, just a stone's throw from the epicurean Beaune and the train station. |
