Very friendly and helpful owners and very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast good enough (when many in France are not). Handy enough for St Malo ferry and Dinard is a pleasant place to pass an afternoon and 1 night with small children.

The fact that we could not access the common areas after 10 pm - we have 2 children under 2 and there was nowhere to take the one who woke up to avoid disturbing the other one. I accept that is a very rare reason, but the general issue seems relevant as some people must want to relax and not in their (pretty small) room.

Stayed here in end Apr/Ealy May 2009. Excellent value for money, very helpful and friendly staff, 10 km from the plage de la recluse by walk, neat and clean hotel with good housekeeping and recently renovated. Had no parking problems during the period.

The absence of a lift.

Over night, taking the plane back to England the next day.

The hotel was too far from the center of the town and there was no choice of restaurants unless you walk 20mn to the center of the town: not good when it is raining. Taking the car would have meant to loose our parking place in from of the hotel. The hotel has a parking but you have to pay 9 euros of something like it for the privilege.

Reasonably priced and only a short walk from town centre and the beach. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The shower in the room had very poor pressure nor much more than a trickle of water though the wash hand basin was excellant

The first thing that struck was how friendly the owner was then the room was really clean with fresh towels and sheets each day. Very easy to find and with good access to Dinard's centre and the beach. There was also easy access to buses. it was without a doubt a bargain at the price we paid and i would go back like a shot
