Loved the location, close to the sea, lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Room with breakfast on the balcony was super.

Excellent location close to shops bars and restaurants and less than 100 metres to the beach? Clean and tidy room.

No problems at all with the hotel but parking in Biarritz was a real problem

Very good location, a few meters to the extremely lovely beach, Plage port vieux. It was very easy to find the hotel, everybody know the place (the beach):) No need to take a cab from tha airport, it takes ca 10 min by bus from the airport, a14.

Priez pour que vos voisins ne soient pas bruyant. Insonorisation inexistante.

Very clean, colorful, fresh, nice tv, shower, terrace facilities.Very friendly and helpful host, helped get cheap parking (12€/week!). Nice breakfast service in bed, good value. Elevator, quiet inside the hotel at night (not so much outside).

Fantastic location in the heart of Biarritz, a minute walk from the Port Vieux beach. Rooms are small but clean and nicely decorated although our room had a wet carpet from a leak in the bathroom which the manager didn't seem to care too much about. Very comfortable and convenient overall.

A great place-would visit if in Biarritz again!

Could do with air conditioning, a fan isn´t quite enough!

The Hotel has been great, more than I expected. Very close to the Roche de la Vierge and beaches. The street is full of restaurants and in the evenings it's closed for cars so, looks nice. The Front Desk was amazing. We arrived earlier that expected and the girl asked if our room was ready or not, it wasn't so she told us she will keep the bagagge there and we should go to the beach to wait, she was very kind. Room was clean and tidy. Some may complain for the curtain of the bathroom but We don'T.

As it is located in a busy street, yes you will hear music and party noise, just close your window.

This place was great. I went to Biarritz for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. I loved it! This hotel could not have been in a better location if you like to be where it is happening. It was one block from the beach and on a busy street full of great shops and restaurants. I do not speak French but found the people absoluteley lovely. I will definitely return.

Very good budget hotel, excellent location. Not far away from Airport - taxi cost 15Eur., But by bus a14 only 1Eur and walk about 10-15min. There are a lot of shops and eating places around, very close to the lovely small beach, where water is calm and no surfers. Our room was on the top 5th floor and had shower cubical, towels were changed daily. No complains about cleanness, but it was a bit noisy from outside with windows opened, even room was faced at rear. Place to visit - San- Sebastian ( bus a1 to Railway Station cost 1Eur, frequent train to Hendaye, tram to S.-Sebastian - both ways 5.50Eur for 2 days cover train and tram). This is very interesting city with the best beaches I've ever seen. They are very close to the Tram Station, about 15 min walk. Very worth visiting. Overall like our holiday very much and Biarritz is definitely the best place to stay when explore this region.

The Location is great!! Cleaning lady was fab too.

I did not like to more or less to have toilet in kind of a closet in my bedroom! Their wifi is weird - logs you off nonstop!

The family room we had was in fact two rooms with a door which was a real bonus. The hotel was very close to the sea. It was clean and everything worked well. We were given clean towels daily and had a table in the room which we could use for meals as we were budget travellers. All in all we had a FANTASTIC time.

The front of house were a bit unfriendly but that might just have been the language barrier.

I really enjoyed staying at Les Alizes. I have stayed there for 7 days and each day the towels were changed and the bathroom cleaned up. The personnel was very friendly. The hotel is situated near one of Biarritzs' beaches, in the center of the town, so we had many shops nearby and many restaurants with great food and low prices. As you get out of the hotel you can see the ocean and it was great not to have to walk too much in order to get to the beach, that meant more time spent getting tanned or bathing. To sum up, I am happy I chose this hotel, it was a very inspired choice.

Everything was great! You have everything in the room. You can see an ocean from the room window.

No air-conditioning, I kept my window open for whole night. It was the reason of the noise from the central street of the city.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Alexia helped arrange a doctor to visit me for a back issue l had one morning. l was up and swimming later that day! Nice hotel and a fun town.

We stayed in this hotel in June 2012. It's a great hotel, very close to the beach. Walking distance to the main shopping areas.It's very clean, modern and spacious. We would recommend to anyone requiring a great hotel in a great location. We caught the train to Gare Biarritz, then took bus to Jardin du Public. It's then a 10-15min walk to hotel.
