Very friendly staff, nice view from the junior suite, which was nicely renovated and had more space than we had expected. Really good value breakfast (super hot chocolade) We had 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilette and 1 handwash did work, but perhaps it had not been repared because we came end of the season |

Proximity to beach and restaurants. Free internet Closest bus station was a good 20 minute walk while the train station was 3 kilometers away. Our room faced the street and was extremely noisy with late night partying and early morning street cleaning equipment that sounded like a freight train. From the second floor we could hear activity throughout the hotel. |

The location is great and the rooms are simple but nice. It was loud on the street during the night, as the hotel is located on a street with bars and restaurants. Looking for street parking is terrible, recommend parking house which is 5 walking minutes from the hotel. |

The hotel was ideally sited for our needs. We thought it was tired and in need of updating/decoration. No tea/coffee facilities in the room and one of our beds was not made on one occasion. Curtains coming off window. Broken toilet in one room which will not be fixed until after the season. This is not acceptable. |

The hotel staff was amazingly helpful. The location was close to the beach but not among the casinos of Biarritz. For me this was a big plus. The "penthouse" was a fun place to stay, spacious with a great terrace. A hotpot with tea and coffee were provided in the suite. The bathroom situation, which was accurately described when booking, was a little strange. There are 2 bathrooms in the penthouse, both have toilets, one has a shower, but the toilet in the bath with the shower is out of order. They should fix that. |

The staff were helpful with any query I had including having travel timetables available to where I needed to go. I had a nice room that was quite comfortable. On my last day, before my check out time, the cleaning staff came into my room without knocking and I was in the bathroom. There wasn't an apology! |

The accommodation was very close to the beach, approx 50 metres once you stepped outside the front door of the hotel. There was plenty of choice of restaurants which were reasonably priced. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was a daily supply of clean towels. The room had a safety box which you could enter your own security code for access. The staff were friendly and approachable. The breakfast was more than adequate with a good variety offered. The rooms were very small and there was not adequate space for hanging and storing clothes. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, so it tended to get quite hot at night. No shelter from the noise on the street late at night, this would have kept me awake until the early hours of the morning. With breakfast in the morning the water and milk was not hot enought to make tea or hot chocolate with!! |

Nice location, friendly staff, in-room breakfast (nothing special, but I liked it). In general, value for money. Would stay here next time I'm in Biarritz. Wireless didn't work in the room, I had to go downstairs to replicate. Though it might be the last thing that could bother you in Biarritz :) |

Great location near beach, with many restaurants nearby. Excellent continental breakfast, and very good value. Friendly welcome, and room, although small was more than comfortable. Room kept very clean, and was modern. Plenty of hot water for shower. |
