Parking was very convenient, as was location in center of the village. The gardens were lovely. The hotel is badly designed, with areas poorly defined, and utilitarian dining areas. Staff, while sometimes eager, was not trained well and seemed not to be managed. Routine issues seemed to be beyond their abilities. Our room in the old section was a nightmare: one had to back down a staircase to open the door and climb the 3 steps to shut it. Small and poorly furnished as well.

The staff were friendly and attentive (pool service for drinks). We liked the many spaces to read, play cards, or just lounge around after a hard days cycling. Didn't have dinner at the hotel as there were too many excellent restaurants on the doorstep in St Remy to try out. Thoroughly recommend this place. Air con in the bedroom was noisy and ineffective. Next time i think we will book a room with balcony view of the gardens,

I really liked the location with a position on the main street but quiet and beautiful garden setting with wonderful views of the Alpilles. No noise in the evening from the town. Parking was very important. We hope to return Were unable to have a drink on the terrace near the main part of the hotel and were asked to go the the bar near the car park area. Bar lacking in atmosphere.

Die Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum war ideal, zumal der Garten hinter dem Hotel sehr groß und ruhig war. Sehr schön auch die moderne Einrichtung und die Schwarz-weiß Fotos der Filmstars. Die Wasserhähne im Bad waren nicht praktisch.

Centraal en toch kalm gelegen in het hartje van St.-Remy met goede parkingfaciliteiten. Originele indeling van het hotel met grote verzorgde tuin. Aangenaam terras voor ontbijt of lunch.

Cabane salon dans un énorme platane communiquant avec la chambre du deuxieme étage par un petit pont, très bien réalisé ! Beau jardin avec bassins et piscine bien intégrés Décoration de la chambre ordinaire et fade, il a manqué l'oeil d'un décorateur, ou alors, il faut me donner son nom pour que j'évite de le rencontrer. Carrelage de la chambre ancien et abimé, pas de mouchoirs en papier dans la salle de bains, baignoire ordinaire, douche trop petite, attente très longue pour avoir l'eau chaude, robinets de lavabos nuls: col de cygne trop court et impossibilité de rincer un gant par exemple; il faudrait obliger les architectes à passer une nuit dans les lieux qu'ils conçoivent .

Room (No 3) was extremely disappointing --appears to have been created out of a "bit of vacant space" close to a bar area. Very small but was only one available when we arrived (other rooms may have been better) If stayong again,room no 3 (and 4) are to be avoided

Los jardines y la ubicacion. El poco charme del hotel , la habitacion un poco descuidada en la pared estaban los agujeros de un cuadro q faltaba al hotel le falta una mano de pintura.

La situation est parfaite bien qu a cette epoque de l annee il est difficile d apprecier les facilites offertes (jardin, piscine). La chambre etait tres confortable avec salee de bain tres bien equippee. L acces wifi gratuit est tres appreciable. Les bouteilles d eau renouvellee chaque jour font partie des attentions dans la chambre.

personeel vriendelijk ,helaas het enige positieve dat ik kan vinden! Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding een dikke ramp!! kamer zeer klein, donker en benepen. Mieren in het bed. Badkamer waar je niet eens recht kon staan onder de douche en liggen in het bad was onmogelijk wegens te klein. Enkel een kind van 15 kon daar in. Ontbijd schandalig ivg tot de kostprijs. Cortom: absoluut geen aanrader, in tegendeel!!
