This was a clean and pleasant hotel as an over night stop. Very pleasant staff and spacious rooms Not as close to the city centre as we would have liked, The choice of breakfast was very poor and not value for money. This is a relatively high priced hotel and therefore you expect good food.

Very good staff and contemporary design to the hotel. Breakfast was basic continental, but high quality and tasty. Location was close to the old and historic part of the city, away from tourists and traffic. Rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. Parking is available in the building and is very good. The hotel is filled with very expensive Murano glass lamps and table pieces...I accidentally broke a lamp and was set-back 500 Euro. Think twice about bring children or dogs with you, it could become very expensive. The free WIFI is only available in the lobby, does not reach the upper floors of the hotel, no matter what is written.

The staff were particularly helpful and interested in making sure that all was going well with our stay there. The city centre is about 10 minutes walk so the location is very good.

From desk staff were very helpful in providing directiong to the home of our friend who lived about 2 km away. More important, she was charming in getting us directions. The breakfast was too expensive, so we did not get it. Also, we made the reservation via Booking.com for two people, but the reservation received by the hotel was for only one person, which required some last minute adjustments by the hotel after we arrived.

Hotel très bien, le personnel très sympathique le design de l'hotel est très bon goût. Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables, nous reviendrons dès notre futur passage à toulouse

Le design, sa situation et la gentillesse du personnel. Le chauffagne qui n'est pas digne du standing de cet hotel. C'est un système d'air pulsé qui fait du bruit par vague.

pas grand chose beaucoup de bruit. chambre a 330 euros trop cher pour l'hotel parking trop petit 5 places pas de journaux disponibles avec le pdj a 7h45. impossible de prendre une douche sans innonder la salle de bains. suite 303. merci

Personnel de l'hôtel très accueillant et très prévenant. Chambre au design contemporain très clair, avec une literie très confortable. Le quartier de la halle aux grains est très sympa et permet de rejoindre l'hyper centre ville facilement. Pas assez de chaines de télévision disponibles mais c'est vraiment un tout petit problème secondaire

Das Hotel ist ein Architektur-Juwel und im Zusammenspiel mit dem grandiosen Personal ist es ein Ort, an dem man die Seele baumeln lassen kann, auch wenn man aus wissenschaftlichen Gründen nach Toulouse gekommen ist. Man betritt die Lobby und taucht ein in eine andere Welt. Eine Welt, der Ruheund der Ästhetik, die Magie verströmt und von der man sich gerne verzaubern lässt.

Le personnel est toujours soucieux de savoir si tout se passe bien. Le petit déjeuner devrait être amélioré avec plus de choix et être approvisionné au fur et à mesure d'autant plus quand vous descendez à 7h45.

le style de déco si le style de déco me plait bien ce n'est pas toujours très fonctionnel. Hotel réservé pour mes parents : lit assez bas pour eux, salle de bain superbe mais où met-on les serviettes quand on s'est douché : par terre à un certain âge on ne peut pas!!,Dans salon du bas magnifique canapé à côté d'une grande télévision, si on s'installe confortablement dans le fauteuil sa forme masque la télé, bon pas très important on est pas là pour ça mais on se pose question, de petits détails mais qui comptent au finalquand on réserve pour des personnes qui n'ont plus 20 ans. Sinon accueil très professionnel et ça c'est vraiment plaisant, cadre reposant et superbe insonarisantion ( coupe de France de Rugby avec fête ensuite et pas de bruit dans la chambre)
