The ski in / out location was fabulous. We had a choice of 3 runs to come home on and were out and waiting for lifts to open in the morning. The beds were very comfortable and for me having a tea making facilities in the bedroom was unexpected for France and much appreciated. The massage I had in the spa was also very good.

The corridors between rooms were very dark and some light switches / bulbs didn't seem to be working. There were no pictures in the bedrooms which made the rooms a bit stark. The pool and changing area in particular was very small and overcrowded enough to put me off using the facilities when they had been one of the reasons I had booked ths particular hotel.

This hotel is in a great location for skiing in and out. It is warm and friendly especially the reception girls - Carema and Aurely - who were exceptionally helpful in locating my lost iPhone which I threw down the glacier!! Carema contacted all the tourist offices, police and texted a message in French for the finder who then handed it over to a mountain worker who delivered it back to the hotel. I was delighted. The room was nice and cosy with small balcony and nice view of the mountains. The ensuite bathroom was good.

The main problem we had with Les Balcons was the restaurant staff who were not very helpful or at all friendly. In the mornings when we came down for breakfast there were always things missing, eg plates, eggs, etc. Our French is pretty limited so this would have contributed to the problem as they did not speak good English like the two girls on reception. Evening service was slow. All in all I would recommend this hotel for good value and location for the nicest part of La Plagne which is Belle Plagne.

We checked in late at night but the receptionist was very clear and thorough in providing all the information we needed to ensure we were able to begin our ski weekend first thing the next morning. The door to door skiing was the best we have experienced. Breakfast selection was excellent. The pool and sauna area was very clean and a nice way to end a days skiing.

Le buffet au petit déjeuner assez moyen et surtout la qualité du café très en dessous de la moyenne. Pas assez de choix au menu demi-pension (celle-ci nous a été imposée lors de la réservation par booking) Chambre assez petite Accès au spa à l'extérieur de l'hôtel et équipements sous dimensionnés par rapport à la fréquentation L'accès à l'hôtel par un parking

la gentillesse et la disponibilité de chacun des membres de l'équipe, aussi bien au restaurant qu'à la réception.

- le fait que le wifi ne soit pas disponible dans les chambres, et que pour pouvoir utiliser son ordinateur, il faille aller jusqu'au salon, où dès qu'il y a plus d'1 personne, ça devient extrêmement bruyant. - le fait que Canal + ne soit pas disponible.

le personnel est très sympathique, à l'écoute des clients et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié et certains produits sont issus de l'agriculture biologique et du commerce équitable. Les repas du soir sont excellents, et les plats peuvent être modifiés à la demande. Le salon et le restaurant sont très agréables. les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées, les lits sont douillets. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable !

прекрасный отель, для 3*. из окон номеров великолепные виды, пожалуй лучшие в регионе. хорошие комнаты, большая ванна. очень отзывчивый персонал. ресторан замечательный (брали нв). идеален для семейного отдыха. магазины, рестораны, паркинг и т.д. все рядом. вернемся с детьми в следующем году.

Un peu cher

La chambre était spacieuse avec vue sur les pistes, bow-window et 2 balcons. Le personnel, extrêmement disponible, m'a gentiment dépanné pour un problème perso de voiture et m'a permis de laisser la chambre en fin de journée après le ski. Enfin, le rapport qualité prix en demi pension était vraiment top. J'y retourne aux prochaines vacances alpines.

Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern, das Zimmer + Bad war einfach super ausgestattet ! Und die Aussicht vom Balkon war grandios !

Im Restaurant war das Menü für den Abend immer in Französich ausgeschrieben, und wenn man danach auf Englisch fragte, konnte uns nur schlecht weitergeholfen werden, da die Servicekräfte nicht wirklich über viele Englischkentnisse verfügen, das war leider schade !

Trop d'erreurs dans le service, un gérant qui ne reconnait pas ses torts et qui est agacé à chaque remarque. L'accès à la piscine qui oblige à traverser le parking et à passer par l'extérieur

nous avons passé deux jours très agréables avec un personnel très prévenant dans une ambiance "chaude" et une prise directe avec la montagne. la restauration est par contre un peu décevante sauf le petit déjeuner. je recommanderai cet hôtel.

Accueil très agréable. Chambre et lit confortatables. Accès direct aux pistes. Restaurant très bon. Piscine très bien. Endroit très calme. Très beau panorama.

L' entrée par le parking est étrange mais c'est peut-être plus pratique quand il y a beaucoup de neige : on est à l'abri ! Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un passage couvert entre l'hôtel et la piscine car ce doit être agréable de rentrer en peignoir directement à la chambre (on peut rêver?)

L'accueil, la disponibilité et la cordialité du personnel. Arriver et partir skis aux pieds. La clef rendue,la bagagerie et le fait de pouvoir se doucher avant de partir. La vue sur le domaine.

Locatie.

Het restaurant. Geen keuze in menu. Personeel spreekt alleen Frans en negeert gasten die geen Frans spreken. Menu ook alleen in franse taal. Is goed te merken dat restaurant en bar niet bij hotel horen. Je kunt drankjes ook niet op kamernummer zetten, maar contant afrekenen. Bar is beperkt open (vanaf 5 uur 's middags). Wifi zeer slecht. Alleen in bar, maar werkt maar halve tijd. 20% hotelkorting bij skiset blijkt achteraf eerst 30 % erbij daarna 20 % eraf (in vergelijking met andere sportzaken).

La gentillesse et la qualité de service est vraiment très bonne .bravo a toute l'équipe
