This residence is situated in Hérault, on the banks of the Orb River, near Béziers and the Vendres and Valras beaches.

Les Berges du Canal offers 2-room apartments for 4 people and 3-room apartments for up to 7 people. All of these spacious apartments are fully-furnished and equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate).

They are all duplex apartments and some feature a terrace. Access to the indoor heated swimming pool, the sport facility and the outdoor car park is included in the accommodation rate.

Les Berges du Canal also features a children’s club for children between 4 and 11 years age. Entertainment for teenagers from 12 to 15 years of age and adults is also available during the day.

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Area information

The Residence is situated on the banks of the Canal du Midi, just 6 kilometres from the centre of Béziers, and 1.5 kilometres from the Montpellier - Spain motorway. The nearest shops are located 3 kilometres away in Colombiers.

Béziers, between the sea and the mountains, overlooks the local wine-growing area.Its history dates back centuries to the time of the Cathars.

The surrounding area is known for its beautiful micro-climate and proximity to the sea and mountains.

Please note that a EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after room inventory has been checked.

Reservations can be made only from Saturday to Saturday.

Il fallait attendre la sortie d'une voiture pour entrer dans l'enceinte de la résidence et aller à l'accueil : une enveloppe à notre nom avec les n° d'appartements était pointée au bureau d'accueil . Le lendemain , nous avons dû attendre 10h pour régler .Sommier du lit (BZ) avec des lattes cassées	4

Baren spelade för hög musik och det är fel information på er hemsida om att husdjur inte var tillåtna. Poolområdet var för litet, med tanke på så mycket folk.	6.5
