We booked a room on the forest side but they upgraded us to the mont Blanc side which has a spectacular view of the mountain. It made this an unforgettable trip for us. A herd of deer were wandering about just outside the hotel during the night, it was a wonderful night for us. The breakfast was excellent too, as well as the usual brioches etc, there was scrambled eggs and bacon, my favourite. great value for money. |

Nice hotel, great view of the mont blanc, decent size room The hotel was being refurbished and a big part was closed. Only one staff that did everything - she was receptionist, waitress and cook. |

The price was good for the location. The hotel is away from the busy main road so was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant served very good suppers - the plat du jour is very good and not too expensive. The desk staf was very helpful printing out train schedules for us. There is a common room on the first floor which is good to spend time in or play billiards, with a nice view of the mountains. We had a quadruple facing the forest, the room was a bit small - not enough chairs, but where would you put them? The pillows were very small. We did not buy breakfast or box lunches because we thought they were too expensive. Box lunch is 12 euros! |

Not far from Mont Blanc tunnel, so ideal for journey to Italy, village very pretty in summer (and if there was no cloud it would be a lovely view of Mont Blanc). - The restaurant was very good but - but there are cheaper options in 'town' |

We were upgraded from a forest view room to a mountain view room. The room was nicely furnished and the view of Mont Blanc was amazing. There was also a balcony that we can sit and relax while enjoying the view. The hotel was nicely decorated in the reception area. |

the landscape and courtyard rooms so small uncomfortable - you get no information and no hint about it- so you get a shok when you see it- the pictures of the rooms in the internet, from my opinion, are deceptive it relates to other rooms in the hotel, we could find 3 star hotel in the same price |

Nice location, nice room with a maginficent view (we had a 4-person room facing the montains), nice decor, great terrace The Mont Blanc view rooms are facing Mont Blanc all right, but you can't really see the top of the mountain (in case it matters to someone) |

This was older ski lodge/ guest house type accommodation, comfortable and well used. The public areas were welcoming and spacious. Our room was large and comfortable with a balcony looking out across to the mountains. That view had us absolutely spellbound. It dominates the room and we could even lay in bed and look at it. We only had breakfast once because we felt it was not worth 9 euro |

Wonderful view from the rooms on the Mont Blanc side. Had dinner at the hotel and food was quite good. Although there was supposed to be free internet in the rooms hotel staff were unable to give me the correct password. Rooms quite basic, although this was not a problem for me. |

Nice atomosphere and decoration of the 1st floor. Free charge for child even using an individual bed. Cleaness.Nice view from room. Tarif. Shower. Very difficult and unconfortable to use without door. Floor is very wet after useing a shower and poor equipement. Excellent hotel but hesitate to use again if I go this area again, because of this very poor shower. |
