Great location for those in transit, very close to the motorway, clean and comfortable and a fair price. |

Having read the poor reviews we were expecting the worst. However we found the staff, facilities and location quite adequate for an overnight stop. We did not breakfast and saved a bit by popping into McDonalds just down the road Bedroom door needed a bit of a shove to close properly. |

The Departure, it was a nightmare In the photographs looks like a small pretty hotel but to be honest is like hotel in the movie psicosys. It is situated close to a main road, which is good for connections and bad because you won´t sleep because the noise. We couldn´t use the swiming pool because was un-operated, we don´t know. The recepcionist / housekeeper was very unpolite with us and we paid in advance the reservation. Inside the hotel... There´s no to much natural light (bedroom was like a cavern) and smell really bad. In The bedroom everything looks to be broken; tv, windows, doors, lockers, sinks, shower ..are not fully woriking. Is dirty and there´s no space to place the luggage. Booking.com shoud remove this hotel from its web site in order to keep the quality |

Rooms small, smelly, and very poor value. The whole place was in need of an overhaul. |

Leaving the next morning The room was in the attic, it had no windows that would open. It was so hot in the room it was nearly unbearable. A fan of some description is essential! Also, the restaurant was not open for meals. |

Easily accessible from motorway, and easy to find. We booked the hotel stopover with the children for the pool facillities - it was the end of July and the pool was closed. |

Not a lot but if I was pushed it had a fairly comfortable bed, the swimming pool ws ok and it was convenient for motorway. The brusque attitude from receptionist. The quality of breakfast. The leaking shower room. Poor ventilation. The noise from the road outside, no restaurant. Wish I'd looked more closely at reviews! |

The kids loved the swimming pool. The hotel is a short drive from Troyes. Breakfast was a rip off at 7 euros a head. The croissants and bread were packaged, not fresh. |

The young girl who greeted us was very friendly. We were disappointed that there was no restaurant serving evening meals, we had to drive into Troyes, and ended up buying a picnic at Lidls and eating it by the pool. |

Our departure. Where to begin? The staff were a nightmare, the room smelt of mould, there was nowhere for our son to play (apparently the only grass in the vicinity was for their dog), we would've had to book dinner before we got there, the pool was miniscule, the check in time of 5pm and check out of 11am (value for money?), no ventilation, grubby rooms etc etc etc. don't do it to your family. |

Nothing to commend other than close proximity to toll road. Delapidated, rooms damp and smelled. |

Cheap and cheerful, close to the motorway. Just an overnight stay so we didn't test all the facilities The hotel was pretty basic, which we expected, but the restaurant wasn't open for an evening meal, which was a bit disappointing. |

The receptionist was very unfriendly and the hotel gloomy/tatty. we were told to leave by 8.30 am as nobody had chosen to eat breakfast (8.30 - 9.30) and the woman said the hotel was therefore closed ! |

Easy contact from the car to the hotel along the way, easy to enter even if it's late due to trafic.Breakfast was basic but good to start the day.Different ways of payment possible : good No fridge : when we travel,we bring coolbox and need to put stuff in a frisge for the night. The lady of the hotel put our stuff in her fridge, and we got it fresh back in the morning...great!! |

We arrived at the hotel at 14:00, hotel was closed and ther was no activity. We trayd to call but first at 16:00 we get lucky and get conectet with only franch speeking service and we recive info that hotel open first at 17:00.Room was poor an dirty and we have to pay direktly even that our reservation was guaranteed by mastercard.Resepsion cold not speek any langvich that franch so we could not even make an complain. the pool was cloust and sitting areal outside was dirthy and staff was not verry helfull. The only plus is the price, but after a concideration we vil not recomand the hotel to anyone. |

Set within walking distance of Troyes historic centre, not far from the pedestrian areas, full of shops and restaurants, this charming hotel offers comfortable and affordable accommodation. |
This new hotel set near many factory outlets, the A5 and A26 motorways and the city centre is an ideal starting point from which to visit the town and the nearby vineyards. |
This hotel set near the city centre of Troyes is an ideal starting point from which to visit the former historical capital of the Champagne area. |
