You could really feel free there. It was nice, close the city center and everything with a very kind reception, employees AND also a faire price for all the fascilities.
The kitchen was not well-equipped.
Good location..not as far as it looks to the beach.
Area very cramped. Staff poor english
Small Kitchen is very useful, because Cannes is expensive town to eat in restaurants.
Dirty air conditioner. I haven't seen so dusty conditioner before. Why two small beds? We like one big bed!
Excellent location within a short walk of sea, beach, shops, trains & buses. Quiet area of town. Clean and basic accommodation. Staff very helpful.
Shower was too small and bathroom needed updating.
We are very satisfied. It was clean, good mounted, and the price was also correct.
The location is good - away from the noise of the seafront but not too far to walk. The apartment suited us as we like to cater for ourselves in the mornings. Basic but comfortable. Staff were good.
The fact that you have to be out by 10am and there is no flexibility on this. We have stayed here before and this is always a nuisance as we do not actually leave Cannes until late afternoon.
Location excellent for town centre, beach, shops and restaurants
Very disappointed that a 4 adult appartment was only big enough for 2 adults and 2 children not for 4 adults. Poor balcony space and room for eating inside. Brochure description should be clearer
Good location not far from the sea/centre Good value for money
The parking spaces are a bit tight
great location and quiet
no change of sheets or cleaning of room everyday
It is very near to the harbor. The small kitchen is well equipped.
Not far from the main attractions. The room is clean. You can cook if you like.
You can not go in parking lot if arrive late or even enter the building. You have to contact the hot desk to get the password but don't expect to get more help. The room is very tiny for four persons.
The room was COMPLETELY equipped: it had even glasses of wine!! It had pans, pots, everything you could ever use in a kitchen. The balcony was a plus. The room was extremely large! The location was excellent: it was near the train station (a two minutes walk); from the station on there were a lot of beautiful streets full of shops and pastries until you reached the beach.
The fact that the cleaning was't included.
Up a slight hill on a quiet residential street, the hotel is in a great location. It is under 3 minutes walk to nearby shops including a Carrefour and Monoprix. It is around 6 or 7 minutes walk to the Palais de Festivals area. However unlike to the main part of La Croisette it is quiet at night even during the festival periods. There is free WiFi, a functional- though very small-kitchenette and a balcony overlooking a quiet residential street, with a little table and chairs. The air conditioning is very effective even when it is sweltering outside. The breakfast was included in my rate and it is a continental style breakfast in a very pleasant breakfast room with a pretty good choice. Throughout my stay the staff were very helpful and friendly.
To clarify some of the reviews below, the one thing you need to know is that the reception ONLY opens between 17.00 and 20.00 for check in and 08.00 and 10.00 for check out. (This is not uncommon in Southern France with apartment hotels.) The front door is locked outside these times unless you have the key-code. And the hotel is up a hill with reception up some steps. So save yourself dragging a suitcase around and only turn up when it is open. There probably won't be someone at the reception desk outside these hours either. You have to press a timer switch in the corridor when you get out of the lift to turn the light on. It is very dark when you get out of the lift as there are no windows on the corridor. There is no room cleaning and you don't get new towels or bed linen unless you pay an extra charge. You also are supposed to take your own rubbish (trash) out at the end of your stay to the bins provided outside. The bedlinen was clean in my room but the room itself was not that clean around the edges and a bit tired. The toilet in the room was not attached to the floor properly and had a cracked seat. The WiFi worked well but regularly disconnected itself.
breakfast was good, room was clean and big. private garage
Location. Near the train station, near Monoprix and Carrefour, near the sea
bad WiFi. Only two times I could connect to hotel internet
Good location Within walking distance of the seaside. Liked the balcony albeit small
Directions how to get there from railway station were vague. We did not need the taxi we took as we could have easily walked had we known the directions.
The room was clean and comforable. Enjoyed the balcony
Staff was rude when we were early checking in. Check in is at 5 and check out 11, not worth it if you are there only one day.
Well equipped kitchen, balcony, clean and spacious bathroom. Good wifi.
Poor breakfast (for 8,90 euro), room 3-4 prs has uncomfortable beds in the corridor of the room. But I believe double rooms are OK.
Location and very pulite staff
The location. The friendly woman at the reception :-)
The price to high as it was the festival of cannes. Coffee not good.
Location, size of room
Can be more charming. a bit old
Facilities lacking in comfort, cleanliness and charm
Location, balcony, kitchen, friendly staff.
Check in was a bit tricky
