lakeside location, charming facilities, garden to relax in. Key hotel staff arrogant and not service minded in a friendly way. |

The view from the room over the lake was wonderful, easy walk in to Evian centre. Breakfast, staff & hotel were great. The evening menu was impressive but the food was a disappointment. |
