-For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

All taxes (excluding the city tax, which is due upon arrival).

Please note that 1 pet can be accommodated per unit for an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.

All bathers must wear swimwear (traditional swim briefs, one or two-piece swimsuit). For hygiene reasons, long wetsuits, swimming shorts, and more generally all loose clothing, are prohibited. The pool area is prohibited for people dressed other than in the swimsuits mentioned above.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A security deposit of EUR 300.0 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
