A smart modern design hotel, with an airy Scandanavian feel. Quiet and peaceful setting among trees, and very well situated for walking to Rocamadour. The staff were very helpful, lending hiking maps and giving advice for the best places to take a day walk in the area.

The only thing that could have been improved was that breakfast was not included (unlike in all other places we stayed in the region). The booking receipt didn't make this very clear, so there was an unwelcome surprise on checkout (but still decent value, even with the breakfast added).

Lovely contemporary hotel, set in the woods, a few minutes walk from the centre of Rocamadour.. Nothing, from the moment of arrival, was too much trouble. The 'buffet' breakfast was superb in every way, with a feast of fresh breads, cheeses and meats. Plenty of parking available as well as free use of the hotels wi fi set up. Room cleaned every day. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely location, very helpful friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and the countryside was stunning. The local restaurant was ate at was also superb and really delicious food.

The only negatives were that we would prefer the breakfast to have been included in the price although it was really lovely. Also some facilities in the room such as kettle / biscuits would have made the stay perfect.

Owner Maxine is really nice and helpful. We had to delay our arrival by a day and she was willing to accomodate. The property is well maintained and sited within walking distance to the upper ramps of Rocomadour. We are not breakfast people so did not try the breakfast. Our room had a great view of the oak tree, the bathroom and toilet were separate and the hot water had good pressure, so important when you are taking a shower in winter. Her recommendation of restaurants nearby were really good.

Very helpful staff, newly fitted out rooms which are very comfortable, excellent and quiet air conditioning. Good location for access to Rocamdor with easy access and plenty of parking.

Not really a critisism, but just be aware that they do not have an evening restaurant, its only for breakfast, but there is an excellent restaurant nearby which the hotel will book for you (walking distance)
