Holiday Inn Reims Centre is in the historic center of Reims, and it features the only panoramic restaurant in Reims and a bar.
Score from 813 reviews Very good
The inn is situated only 2 miles from Epernay in Moussy, a small village in the Champagne region. It is a typical house of the champagne area and features a nice gallery with craftpeoples' tools.
Score from 288 reviews Good
Just 800 metres from Epernay city centre, this hotel is just a 2-minute walk from to the Avenue de Champagne where the famous champagne houses such as Moet Chandon, Mercier, Perrier, Jouet De...

A stopover en route from Provence to England, so we liked the attractively decorated, light, room, and comfortable bed. We enjoyed an excellent dinner -superb cuisine, (but see our negative comments opposite).
Lack of staff training? We waited 10 minutes at Reception to check-in, with no-body to be seen! At dinner, the superb cuisine was fully priced, and the wine list was very expensive - if you don't wish to pay over 40 euros, the choice is very limited! Dinner, b & b came to 319 euros - 60% more than our previous night's stopover near Macon, where the dinner was almost as good, but at less than half the price!
We stay here for the restaurant and convenience on our way south.
You could not beat the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. Rooms were very clean and comfortable if a little basic by todays expectations ie: no mini bar, small tv. I might be being unfair on these complaints, but the other Hotels I stayed in had these items
The staff was superb!!! Very acomedated made you feel like home I would definitely come back!!! But with a car getting to the hotel by train or bus is not recommend
Not enough info on getting to hotel to far to walk especially with bags . That info was not given. And hard to get a taxi. But from hotel excellent staff had one ready where ever you want to go !
Location near vineyards and Epernay, lovely walk to Hautvillier.
Everything. Comfortable clean rooms nicely decorated. Friendly helpful staff. The restaurant was lovely, delicious food & the staff were outstanding. Handy location to Epernay & Reims
The quality of the restaurant food The friendly reception Parking facility
The formality of the restaurant The position of the hotel on a busy roundabout
Got a free drink on arrival and staff were friendly . The troom was newly revamped and altogether good night
Food expensive but good
We liked the location (very close to Epernay)- nevertheless a car is highly needed. We liked also the hotel decoration- very modern and cozy.
We didn't like the food- the restaurant is mentioned in the Michelin guide, which prompted us to have the dinner there. Unfortunately this is not up to the level they are advertised. The menus are highly priced for what they really are- good cooking technique for the meat but the garnishes had no creativity whatsoever and they were cooked badly (acid tomato sauce, undercooked courgettes and peas etc.). The dessert was also a disappointment- a better idea would have been to just buy something from the patissier. Clearly not a skill on the chef's CV. The presentation and service were lovely but yet again, we found better places in Epernay to be mentioned in the red guide.
Very Modern, Clean with exceptional staff. Sadly we only had one night but it was an enjoyable stay. We chose to eat in house and would recommend the food and first rate service
Comfortable bed Great dinner Save parking Love the entrance via lavender path
Batroom could be better Dessert comparing to other food needs to improved
Gourmet food, convivial restaurant, friendly and efficient service. Convenient for day out in Epernay.
Room outlook onto road, car park and warehouse. Poor information and advice about Sunday pm closure.
The restaurant - food was excellent, service good though young staff seemed a little inexperienced. Surroundings great. Walk through vineyards to nearby Hautvillers.
Room we were given was for disabled: we are not disabled. Bathroom was not very good because set up for disabled. Too much light from outside (security lights) all night plus staff talking (loudly) and smoking right outside our window. Very poor night's sleep.
Modern, sleek lines. Excellent restaurant. Helpful staff.
Only one pillow each.
Restaurant, very high quality food, beautifully prepared Staff were very friendly
Inadequate wardrobe No water or mini bar in room Noisy outside guests after midnight
Our suite was roomy and comfortable. Our friends rooms were nice. Dinner was amazing, breakfast was simple.
No way to get wifi working in the room on the first floor if you need it you have to go in the lounge
Location and views over the vineyard were beautiful. Facilities excellent and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Although we didn't use the restaurant it looked exceptional and we will definitely use on a return visit.
Whilst the beds in our suite were very comfortable and once we were asleep we had a good night, unfortunately we had trouble getting to sleep and were woken up in the morning by noise from other rooms (particularly from doors opening/shutting)
Rooms a bit small but adequate for overnight stop
The lady at the front desk was very helpful when we arrived with 2 young (1&3) children and more than willing to accommodate them in their restaurant and find suitable staff.
Quite inflexible when we asked to have cheese/coffee in their lounge after dinner so our children could move around so as not to disturb other guests - we were simply told 'no' by the young waitress. This was quite disappointing given how accommodating the other staff were. Room was also quite noisy. Heard most guests come in to their rooms after dinner. The door to our room also seemed to be too small for the doorway as it rocked as if someone was knocking on our door every time somebody opened and closed their room doors.
The restaurant operates at a very high standard. Expect to find some surprising items on the menu. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The air-conditioning is a blessing in summer
The wine list is overpriced.
- Friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurant, beautiful but small room, clean, location near Epernay.
Sober breakfast buffet considering price (15 euro pp). Isolation not so good (noise from corridor).
Outside the town (5 minutes). If you want to check out the Champagne villages - it is perfect.
Brilliant restaurant, excellent Maître d.
Breakfast range and service was a bit thin.
