+ Close to the slopes + well furnished + clean + garage - Boots heater was broken whole week - reception was close too long - girls at the reception were too junior (except 1-2) and not aware of many things - heaters in the rooms were not working properly

Good room, friendly staff. Clean well maintained swimming pool/sauna area Free Wifi connection weak, only available by front door to appartment. Appartment block D not quite ski-in ski-out, have to cross the car park, no real issue though. Also access to swimming pool/sauana etc is via an outdoor terrace from block D.

L'espace de l'appartement et la décoration et l'architecture en général. La piscine. L'accès facile aux pistes. Le parking. La fourniture du pain. La signalisation compliquée pour circuler dans le complexe. La wi-fi payante par appareil supplèmentaire.

Séjour parfait. La résidence se situe au pied des pistes. Le spa est simplement magnifique. Les appartements sont bien équipés. A proximité d'un supermarché, de restaurants, magasins de location de skis, bars etc. Il est difficile de prendre ses repères au début dans la résidence avec tous ses ascenceurs. Mais on s'y habitue.

l'appartement et son agencement, l'emplacement au sein de la station, la vue le soir sur le coucher de soleil, le spa; l'accès direct aux pistes , l'organisation de votre formule, Les petits plus , le personnel. la déco qui pourrait être plus individualisée ou plus recherchée . Et cette résidence a un problème de circulation, pour descendre à la réception, il faut passer par le parking !!! ou changer d'ascenseur.

Месторасположение - полноценный ски-ин ски-аут, в самом центре Ла-Плани. Кафе, магазин -все рядом. Хороший бассейн сауны, спа ничего. Парковка удобная и большая. Белья и полотенец в достатке. Все работало. Wi-Fi есть. Похоже для Ла-Плани чуть ли не лучшее место (один из двух "отелей" с четырьмя звездами) Это не совсем отель - это апратаменты, т.е. уборки нет, ресепшн работает только с утра и вечером. Обслуживания в номерах нет. Wi-Fi ужасный, постоянно вылетает и не более одного гаджета на пароль (нас было восемь - пароля два). При выезде нас задолбали уборщицы вламывающиеся в номер за три часа до выезда и интересующиеся когда же мы уедем (правда вежливо) Чек аут вроде в 12.00, но требуют освободить номер к 10.00

Les appartements sont très bien équipés et pratique - nous y avons séjournés avec notre fille et petite - fille de 3ans et demi - Literie très confortable Personnel très agréable. Bien situé. Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable. Je trouve que le parterre de la piscine est un peu glissant pas pratique pour les enfants et les seniors . Propreté des lieux rien à redire. Le seul point négatif que j'aurai à soulever c'est le bruit de notre voisin du dessus à des heures très tardives.

- très bonne situation par rapport aux pistes - moments détentes après les heures de ski (hammam, sauna, piscine) - bel appartement: chambres, mobiliers,... - pas de bain dans les appartements - notre terrasse n'était pas orientée sud

Séjour à la hauteur des attentes, très bonne situation en haut de station, très calme. Très bel appartement lumineux , parfaitement équipé, très cosy. L'espace piscine, spa est très agréable, s'il fallait donner un petit bémol:la température de la piscine est un peu"fraiche", parfaite pour la sortie de hammam mais pas assez chaude pour y séjourner. Accueil très sympathique, professionnel sans excès.

L'appartement et l'accès direct aux pistes de ski Le fait de devoir passer par l'extérieur pour aller à la piscine. Les couloirs interminables dans lesquels on se perd au début pour aller d'un point à l'autre de la résidence.
