good value for the money

The apartments and the facilities were all good The location of hotel near to all shops and beautiful area around

There was a heater in kitchen which should be in The room, so room was cold Bed and pillows uncomptable

It was cheap.

The staff keeps talking in French to you knowing you don't understand 2 power cuts.

Good location, 10 minutes from Honfleur centre.

Room wasn't cleaned properly and beds not made up, sheets & pillowcases just piled on the bed for me to have to make bed up myself. Very poor reaction from staff when I pointed out these things. Very dissappointing because I stayed here in the summer & it was very good on that occasion.

WE liked the fact that you were left to your own devices after booking in. We also liked the fact that you had cooking and fridge facilities, so after a busy day we could relax and stay self contained. It was really quiet even though it did hav lots of residents and appeared reasonably full.

There was a power cut one evening, although that could hardly be blamed on the hotel.

it was just what we wanted clean beds for the night that slept 4 rather large adults, it was very quiet even though it was next to A main road,and you could park outside the appartment. excellent value for money.

the size of the apartment

I had an apartment for 4 persons firstly in the kitchen there was no kettle only 1 cooking pot 1 frying pan no toaster no cooking utensles 2 small expresso cups all in all it was equipt for self catering

Paid cash 40 euros , and they also charged my credit card. I expect a refund.

The location, quiet rooms as they are sound proofed. Good size rooms. Clean and tidy. Also a supermarket & petrol station only a mile down the road.

No where to put your clothes other than on a chair or in the suitcase. Why isn't there a fitted wardrobe cum shelving/drawers? There also needs to be a check list of items to make sure everything is in the room before the new guests arrived, as we didn't have any bath towels and the toilet door handle was loose, only 1 x wineglass (I don't know for sure if there should have been tumblers etc also provided - to be fair we didn't request any more.) The door handle was fixed after a quick reminder and the towels were supplied. .

the room was not cleaned properly and the kitchenette was not very clean either. Wasnt tidy and things hadnt a place. Had no kettle and the grass outside was overgrown

I thought Adonis Hauts without being too rude was the most disgusting and shambolic dwelling I have cast eyes upon. The staff were rude and the directions they gave us to our room was incorrect leaving us walking the complex for half an hour. The room was disgusting. The carpets black with grime, bed sheets and pillows smelling of sweat and the bathroom was presented with a shower that trickled whilst the bath could have done with a scourer and bleach. In all, the place was that bad we checked out after one night.

Featured hotel we stayed at in France. Spacious apartment with a kitchen, no "Tagil". Not a high price. Great location close to the ocean. Would recommend.

Family room had adequate space and small kitchenette. Family friendly area, pet safe as well

Poor staffing. We had to ask several times for bed sheets and pillow cases that should have been providd and setup before our arrival ut had not. Its not the best location to the beachside or the local village.

The swimming Pool and Honfluer being so close.

Lack of crockery, glasses was a pain. Would have been nice if the balcony had an external light.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a complete 2 bedroom apartment with lounge kitchen bathroom and even a balcony with table and chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Clean an comfortable

We booked as a family. One apartment one room. Which was 3 adults 2 children. We asked for close accommodation. . When we arrived. We were very long distance apart not happy for Family to be split up When we asked for help on this. Very unfriendly unhelpful and very rude member of staff. Male. Balding glasses. Very rude shouted at us Otherwise hotel was brilliant Not happy to recommend as family friendly

The staff were so unhelpful and extremely rude. Everything seemed to be too much trouble, there was nothing We liked about Adonis De Honfleur.

Room was dirty and smelled stale carpet was dirty.

Booking in/out was pathetic. Arrived at 15.45 told to return at 16.00, queues filled reception & out of door into car park. Reception staff(numerous) did not have a clue, half an hour to check a couple in, 60 plus others waiting in line. Asked for extra couple of pillows,after tutting etc told sorry don't have any ! Kitchen utensils/pans left filthy. Worrying crack from floor to ceiling in room. On arrival/check in told staff we would be leaving at 0700-0730, at 07.10 knocked on door and asked to check out only to be told "I can't check you out, I'm only here to serve breakfast". I was told staff would be in 8 - 8.30, left not knowing if bill paid or not !

Rooms are ok for a few days stay, the pool is great for families with kids, supermarket nearby, great location to explore Honfleur, Le Havre and a few other charming seaside resorts, kitchen equipped for self-catering.

Some of the apartments are very close to the road and can be noisy at night, room size is minimal for 4 people with limited space for unpacking your stuff, the gps coordinate on booking.com is bringing you to the village ~1km from the hotel.

Felt it was a bit isolated. Could have done with a few more facilities such as Restaurant and Bar.

Clean and tidy

Receptionist couldn't speak english. We Arrived by ferry at 8.00am and were unable to leave our bags untill the stict booking in time of 16.00. At breakfast the hot water for tea was cool as kept in a thermos type container . We were wet due to bad weather the previos day and were unable to change .

Breakfast was good for the money spent

The reception was cold, the person at the desk waved us off with a snort and roll of her eyes when we said we didn't speack french. The room was dirty, sheets and towels were clean. When we asked for a internet code, we again got a snort and it was like I asked her to do her job.

Great location, clean rooms, quiet, confortable.

Internet connection not available in all of the rooms, they changed our room at arrival, tv connection...4-5 Non interesting channels.
