The hotel staff were excellent and the general ambience was good. The lack of a dinner restaurant. The food served at room service for dinner was substandard compared to the rest of the experience. It had been preprepared, frozen and reheated and we were not informed of this.

Staff were amazing, very helpful and welcoming. Fantastic position right on the lake, 5-10 min bike ride from Hossegor town or the beach, giving it a peaceful location. Rooms are great with best shower and most comfortable bed I've slept on. The champagne breakfast was the perfect start to the day. If you are looking for somewhere to unwind and relax this is the place. Leaving

Absolutely lovely. Would definitely recommend. The hotel is sandwiched between a beautiful lake and a stunning beach with an infinity pool thrown in for good measure. Myself and some friends had a very pleasant stay here for a friends wedding. Would 100% come back.

Very comfortable and clean room. Excellent location between the lake and the beach. Great view and beautiful pool. Amazing breakfast and helpful staff. Internet connection could be better. Wi-fi didn't work properly in our room, so we had to go to the bar every time we wanted to do online stuff.

sehr gute Qualität und Auswahl beim Frühstück (wenn auch zu hohem Preis); Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam; insgesamt sehr gediegen mit Atmosphäre; sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf den und Zugang zum See; Ortszentrum Hossegor zu Fuß gut zu erreichen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis; Zimmer für 4-Sterne sehr klein; ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte auch über ein Restaurant verfügen

L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit très agréable en bord de lac. Il est très confortable et l'accueil est parfait. Le petit déjeuner est excellent bien qu'un peu cher : le champagne ne s'impose pas. Le service est très attentionné et tout est très frais et de très bonne qualité. Un petit regret, l'absence de plateau de courtoisie dans les chambres qui n'est pas compensé par les sodas mis à disposition dans le mini-bar Mais c'est une question de goût Et un seul reproche : le service de la chambre a été un peu négligent

L'accueil. Le cadre gėnėral, la vue depuis la chambre. La propretė de la chambre et des locaux de l'hôtel. La piscine et son environnement, l'accès direct au bord du lac. Le petit dėjeuner et la possibilitė de le prendre jusqu'à midi. La gratuitė des boissons dans le mini bar de la chambre. L'espace dėdiė à la salle de bain relativement insuffisant pour ce type d'hôtel. L'absence de bouilloire avec sachets de thė et cafė dans la chambre.
