It was a real pleasure to stop at this hotel on my way back to England from Greece. The location to the town centre was a few minuted in the car with a choice of exceptional returants and interesting shops. Highly recomended

The staff were wonderful, especially Carole, at the front desk who was amazing. We had booked a room for 4 (husband, wife and our two kids) and we got this neat loft/suite, with a small living room downstairs with a double bed under the stairs, a small terrace,, and a huge room upstairs with a king and single beds, flat screen tv, and skylights. It was gorgeous. The hotel is off the beaten path but a lovely 15 minute walk along a stream to the village of Obernai which was one of our favorite places on our trip. We thought the breakfast was a bit pricey (14 euros a person) so wandered into town for amazing croissants at a local bakery and four of us ate for 14 euros.

Nice garden and pool area. Well kept.10-15 min walking distance to city center. We wewre not satisfied with the room that was presented to us. After complaining we got another room. Staff understanding and helpful.

The breakfast was to our satisfaction and the hotel staff friendly and helpfull. Some things in the hotel and room were a bit outdated and clearly intensively used. But all in all still good.

Quiet lication about 15 minutes walk from the old town walls. Secure car park and nice garden with swimming pool. The room had excellent air conditioning (it was 28 deg c during our stay). Rather small balcony with no screening to adjacent one.

Le jardin et la piscine Je n'ai pas aimé la robineterie très viellote et le fait que l'hotel soit dans une zone industriel entre le Mc Do et une boite de nuit et qu'il soit eloigné du centre. Ce ni la ville , ni la campagne.

Séjour très agréable, personnel très accueillant et très serviable, chambres spacieuse ( suite), piscine et parc très reposant. Três agréable pour une éscapade en famille. Nous reviendrons. Un petit bémol pour le prix du petit déjeuner mais qui somme toute était excellent et surtout dans un cadre des plus appréciable ( au bord de la piscine )

La modernité et la "classe de l'hôtel. Le décor de l'entrée, du bar et de la salle des petits déjeuners. L'arrière de l'hôtel avec la piscine : il nous faudrait revenir aux beaux jours quand les travaux seront terminés. Les tarifs promotionnels.

Sympatiek hotel, niet te groot, vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijd is ook zoals het hoort. Een aanrader. En zeker de moeite om tijdens de Kerstperiode de Elzas te bezoeken!!

“The comfort of the hotel and the location. Our beds were great and we slept well. A bonus is the small balcony off the bedroom to watch the passing scene. We sat there to drink beer and relax.
