clean, coffee machine in room rooms are so small, when we shower, the all room was a pool they invested so much money on all details but nothing work. just too much unnecessary design details when they forgot about the comfort. the bed was so small for 2 people, unbelievable! how all give it such a rate, i don't know. i travel to paris for 25 years and this was one of the worst.

We had only booked the first three days of our stay in Paris at Les Jardins De La Villa and were planing to travel through the country before we returned to Paris. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel so much that we decided to look no further and book the same hotel for the last leg of our trip. Due to our very early arrival, our rooms were not going to be ready for another few hours. The hotel manager offered us to freshen up at the gym facilities which was a great idea. The hotel is beautifully designed. The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The location is not right in the middle of the city, which keeps you out of the noise and yet it is close enough to the metro station which was very convenient. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. The concierge, Pierre Luc, was extremely nice and helpful with plenty of great suggestions and tips. We definitely recommend this hotel to whoever wants to stay in Paris and look forward to staying there in the future. The only thing was that almost everyday, there would be something missing from our breakfast list, which was not a big deal as they would bring it as soon as we'd remind them!

Les Jardins de la Villa is a gorgeous, welcoming place in a great neighborhood. Those who work there are dedicated to providing excellent service and making sure their guests enjoy their stay. I loved it and would return again. It's not a place for those on a budget. But so often you get what you pay for.

The location is perfect where the metro is close and also many shopping stores you may need. Also the service and the cleanliness of the room were perfect. We broke a glass and there wasn't any charge. The only problem is that the hotel is too tiny and the room is small in addition to the bed. You may find it difficult to place your bags if they were big.

The staff were fantastic, incredibly polite and helpful with only one exception :) The breakfast buffet was delicious, the rooms are wonderfully designed and kept immaculate. The whole hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, being a quick walk from l'arc de triomphe. I cannot fault our stay in anyway. It helped to make our first stay in Paris unforgettable. I would recommend wholeheartedly, a magnificent hotel. one grumpy staff member, who really was only grumpy in comparison to how nice the rest were. No gripes really!

The lobby bar is Ok. The guys try to look kind. Smiles are not enough to be a **** hotel... Even in 2 stars hotels the shower is separated from the wc seat. In this hotel we had the choice between "no shower" and "wet legs" :-( The room is small, and the view is of course non available. The breakfast is poor, and expensive. Ahhh, Paris !

Fantastic hotel. It has great attention to detail and seems like everything has been thought of. It had a great outdoor courtyard, a boutique bar which ran on an honesty policy so it felt like home. The rooms, whilst small, were well designed and had everything you could need, including a fabulous bath, a balcony and your own espresso machine. We had a great weekend here and would strongly recommend it.

This is a great boutique hotel in a good location - only ten minutes stroll to the Arc de Triomphe . The attention to detail and design of the hotel makes it a luxurious and relaxing haven after a day sight seeing . The staff were friendly and attentive and very helpful - so all in all we loved it. The only slight criticism would be over the hot buffet breakfast - whilst there was plenty of selection for a continental breakfast there was only a limited choice for the hot buffet .

Comfortable room with all mod cons. Very friendly staff who were willing to help. Location was perfect, less than 2 minutes from the metro. Terrace/balcony with our room was romantic. Minibar and honesty bar prices were very expensive even for Paris. A packet of potato chips for €8?

The Hotel was located in a quite location in the centre of Paris which offered a well presented and chic style accommodation. The room was incorrectly described as having a balcony and a view of the City and seating area. The Hotel was fully booked at the time and was unable to address our concerns until the following day.(It was claimed that this was an error of Booking.Com) They offered to provide us with another room subject to availability which I declined as this offer was made after the event. The Management on my second day agreed to prove a free of charge breakfast as a token of good will following this breach of contract .The staff were extremely polite and friendly and regardless of this mis-representation made our stay extremely welcoming. Greater clarity on type of rooms and grading needs to be more transparent.

“The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Our room was beautiful, French windows opened over city, fridge, safe, free wifi, exceptionally clean room, etc. The bakery across the street was fabulous, the market next door to it helped keep costs down. 1/2 mile from Metro. Highly recommend and would definitely stay on our next visit to Paris.” John, Camarillo |

“We found this hotel to be in the perfect location for a wide varity of restaurants, pubs and we walked to all attractions from the hotel(we are in our late 30's / early 40's). It's an 8min. walk from the RER B station(train from airport). We would stay there again and would recommend to friends.” Darren, Hopedale |
