    * Location - close to Porte Maillot station, perfect for getting everywhere. Lots of lovely places to eat nearby if feeling lazy in the evenings. * Staff - discreet (i.e. don't bother you unnecessarily) and very friendly * Ambience - beautiful hotel, very peaceful and comfortable. The honesty bar is also a great touch. * Value for money - would have expected to pay much more

    * Needed a bit tea and coffee in the room maybe in order to enjoy the Nespresso machine a bit more ;-)

Location, opposite the Hyatt and it's terrific rooftop bar looking out over the Eiffel Tower, close to Porte Maillot Metro station with convenient service to the Louvre etc., and surrounded by nice restaurants. Rooms, tastefully decorated and had everything you could need/want from a Nespresso machine to bathsalts. Very quiet, and with the blackout curtains, we slept very well. Staff were happy to help out with directions and held our bags for our flight later in the day. Honesty bar was very welcome when you returned from a hot and busy day sightseeing.

No light inside the cupboard of room 16 made it difficult to use the coffee machine. But that was it!

I'd like to first start by thanks every single staff member at this hotel. Every single person was so warm and at your service for any request. A special thanks to Pierre-Luc who went above and beyond to ensure our every request was met. He helped book our tours, we had a problem with our transfer from the airport which he personally dealt with and provided us outlets to charge our phones/cameras. Even though this hotel was a 4 star, the service would probably be equivalent to the Four Seasons. Some of the other staff memeber who were helpful with recommendations to restaurants and directions to places in Paris were Stephane and Luc. Also the waitress in breakfast area was so kind and happy to serve us. The hotel itself was so beautiful, very modern decor and facilities. The beds were very comfortable, room was spacious as well as the bathroom. I would recommend it to my family and definitely plan on staying there again. Great place for couples.

The staff is nice, the rooms are very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The WIFI works well. The bathroom of the single room is small however there is a big rain shower that was very nice

The seats in the breakfast room are low so it is a bit uncomfortable while eating.

If price would have been little less, it is a good one, but I was getting same rates for Grant Hayyat but with GH there were no room avalibality

Its was with too less facilities and varity for breakfast compared to what they charges, room was very small with no dressing table and mirror.

Very friendly staff, very well located and the hotel was extremely clean. The rooms were very well equipped and we loved the interior. Facilities were perfect, especially for such a small hotel. Highly recommended, would definitely go back!

Very pleasant boutique hotel. Good location within walking distance of Porte Maillot Metro. Complimentary wi-fi and beverages coffees. Staff very helpful.

Breakfast expensive - E15 for croissants etc. E22 for pre-made omelettes, sausages and bacon! Would be nice to be warned that rennovation works which include the use of kango drills are taking place next door, starting at 7.30am every morning for many months to come!!

    Comfy beds.

No hot water in shower - only warm. Reported it but advised it was as hot as it goes. Not hot enough.
